PSA for Foot/Leg Swelling

There were a lot of questions about where to find compression socks awhile back so I thought I'd post about it separately since many of us have been or are starting to swell more. 

My feet are really starting to swell now so I went and picked up more compression socks. If you need them, they are in the "Home Health Care" section at Walgreens. Below is what the box looks like that I get. They are not cheap. This one sock was $26. But they do help so much!

Note: I have really big calves for my body (have to buy wide shaft boots to fit). A size large works great for me but many of you would not need that size.

Oh I need these!  I like the open toe and heel!  I'll have to have hubs bring me some home tomorrow from his store!

Walmart has lots to choose from in the ladies sock section. I bought a couple pairs for our long car trip last week and they helped so much!

I got really cute tall ones off amazon from Dr. Motion...worked great for my flight to AZ.

also any sporting goods store will have them. they're great for using when running/exercising (pregnant or not).

I also got mine at a sporting/running shoe store for compression socks options. If you wear stockings esp when business casual is the attire at work, I got some nude compression stockings/thigh highs from Amazon. These days I don't give a flying EFFF at work and dress business casual with my sporty/athletic compression socks with my Clarks/Cole Haan/other dressy flat shoes. LOL
