  • sigh - my body was so tired today I didn't make it to yoga tonight.  I was really tired.  I did go on Tues and Wens.  I'm thinking 3 nights in a row is not going to work for me so I may add in a Saturday or Sunday class instead.  DD is seriously exhausting me and I forgot how she drains my energy. 

    I've been eating better since Tuesday.  We went out a lot over the long weekend and I splurged quite a bit.  Not creative with meals this week.  I did make chicken stir fry, coconut crusted tilapia, dh grilled bbq chicken.

    pre AF bloat is in full force right now and that always leaves me feeling so not healthy.

  • This week and last week were recovery weeks because you're supposed to take time off after a big race. I am hoping to get up to 18 miles and then start with harder work-outs next week. It might be nice to sign up for a 5K this summer but haven't completely decided. 
    I am bad and don't really watch what I eat as much as I should but I have been eating a lot more fruit that was leftover from a birthday party this past weekend. 
    Rave: this should be my last month on birth control so I can't wait to get back off. It's really messed with my cycles.

  • I've taught 3 and taken 2 barre classes in last 3 days. I'm feeling super strong last few days and been focusing on tracking what I'm eating- 3 days in and I've managed to stay under my caloric goals. I'm going away with friends this weekend and anticipating lots of food and wine and not much working out but I know I need it!

  • I've fallen off the wagon.  I ate out a lot over the weekend and just feel so blah.  I'm heading to Louisville this afternoon for a jazzercise training so I'm hoping that brings me some motivation

    I'm doing ok. I've work out to T25 all week...and that's hard stuff gals. I've given up Starbucks for now. However still not making the best dinner choices. Went out to eat 3 times this week.

    Nice work @ladipale for staying focused! But allow yourself to enjoy good food  and drink with friends.@rklinge0 I'm amazed at the 18 miles..and the 5K..if you choose would be self empowering. Keep it up.
  • Been working out 3-5x a week since i got cleared 2 weeks post d&c. Mix of walking and running on treadmill and lifting some weights (missed this sooo bad since i stopped when i was pregnant). Have lost just 3 lbs but because iv been eating right most days i look slimmer and feel much better! Hoping to continue for another a month before we TTC.
