I googled it and apparently it's a surname of an American football player (I'm not American, so I have no clue when it comes to American football). I vote no. There are multiple reasons, but I'm going to focus on the 'swear' part in Swearinger. It's not something I'd recommend you to bestow upon your child.
I really don't like it. Too much of a mouthful. I like pp suggestion of Sullivan. It would help if you gave an idea of length and sound of your last name and maybe some names you like or have considered

its a totally random surname and Swear in what stands out on it. Some surnames can work this cannot and next to a classic and classy name like elodie it looks really weird.
I agree Sullivan is a nice alternative or
Harrison Sawyer Warren Russell Parker Lincoln Malcolm
I love surname names, but this is just bad. I don't think you want a name that starts with swear. Surname suggestions:
Sutton
Shepard
Carter
Deacon
Lincoln
Walker
Grant
If u like it, then you like it. My question would be is the g hard or soft? That's unclear upon first glance. Where does your inspiration for this name come from?
