    @MississippiCatfish I know! Just said the same thing to DH. Now, I know little about the science of food safety, but this throws me for a loop - frozen waffles?? They still need to be heated! And they're essentially flour and yeast (well, I'm sure these contain other preservatives). Cross-contamination of some sort? No clue. It's just concerning how the foods that are actually recalled are hardly on our radar and seem so random.

    @car1a I've seen people give babies frozen waffles for teething. Never done it myself (and not something I recommend) but better safe than sorry.

    @ElizabethSchuyler Oh yes I definitely trust the recall and think people should avoid, I'm more like - how the heck did waffles get contaminated?! So random. Doesn't breed a lot of confidence in ANY food's safety.
