@doxiemoxie212 I've always heard it as P-C-O-S and that's how I pronounce it! It's also an acronym so it just makes sense to me that way. But you do you and pronounce it p-cose if you want!
@MJDsquared@wabash15 figured I was probs alone in my pronunciation. God knows what I would've done to Hermione's pronunciation if my mom hadn't been the wizard she is at accurate pronunciations.

hlbbinagiavflux33 that you should keep using
wondfos if you have them. When I think I might be close I do those three-four
times a day TBH.
Pinky917 What happens if you take out the positive OPK on
CD 12? Maybe you O’d overnight on the 13th-14th; then it
is both days!
ChristmasCookie I had a similar thing
this cycle with OPK. I got a smiley on CD 8… Umm, no. So I just waited and
started testing again/using the CBDA and Wondfos and just today have a positive
Wondfo AND a solid smiley. Maybe you (and myself) had a false surge? Are you
also using cheapie OPKs. I find it really helps me to pair them with Clear
Blue. Also I second that the flashey can last for days. Mine is usually two
days, but it can be up to 8-9 and considered normal! PS I overanalyze every day
of every cycle!
5099peperk The book Taking Charge of Your Fertility gives
tons of info! I ordered it last cycle after AF arrived 7 days early and love
it. Totally empowering and informative—lots about temping!
Hi ladies! I have a chart question! Im trying to decipher my chart. I know a temp spike can indicate ovulation but i don't have CL and therefore I have no crosshairs. I only just started temping a week ago so Im not sure if that has something to do with it or what. According to ff I was supposed to have O'd Monday, and I clearly had a temp spike and subsequent drop but I didn't turn an OPK that morning when I tested. basically I'm just new to this and confused and any help would be greatly appreciated!
@mschanandlerbong1214 Sorry, but unfortunately it doesn't look like you've ovulated yet. Your temps have to stay above previous temps for 3 days in a row for FF to give you CH. Your last four temps are low and the last two days' temps basically in-line with CD 8, 10, and 13 temps. FX you see a temp shift soon!

@mschanandlerbong1214 Glad to see you finally got the picture to post! Sorry to see it doesn't look like O has occured yet though. Just FYI, CD14 is the "common" day for women to ovulate so that's probably why FF predicted Monday. The longer you use the app, the more accurate it should become. FX for O soon!
I have a real question this time. I typically spot around ovulation, sometimes more than others. The last 2 days (I'm around the time I should O, but my temps are still low), I've been turning OPKs positive plus having (bloody) EWCM. Today, I started bleeding enough to need two tampons in two hours, but then after that it stopped. Should I put that as a light/med/heavy flow in FF and let my cycle restart? Or could it just be random weird heavy ovulation bleeding and maybe I'll O tomorrow?
I guess I can just wait it out to see if I O in the next few days, but still... from a tracking perspective...
@doxiemoxie212 sorry this doesn't answer your actual question but have you spoken to your doctor about mid cycle bleeding? To need two tampons in 2 hours either seems like an odd cycle that is shorter the expected or maybe something that needs to be checked out further. You see ovulation spotting is common for you but that sounds like more than spotting so if that happens a few times within the year I think it is worth talking to a doctor

@WillRunForWine21 mmm no I haven't talked to my doctor for three reasons.
I told my doctor I bleed (spot) around ovulation a few years ago (before we were even trying; I told her sort of as an apology because I was bleeding when I went to see her, and I didn't want her to think I scheduled my appt when I was on my period. I don't really know why I felt so sorry about this at the time lol), and she was like oh that's great! that will make it so much easier when you want to get pregnant! We didn't really talk about how heavy the blood flow should be for it to be fine. I was definitely just spotting that time, which was different than this time, but I have had this happen in the past - just one day I'll need like a tampon, it'll get full SUPER fast, and then I won't need one again until I actually get my period. *shrug*
Two of my closest friends are doctors (admittedly not OB), and they both were like, meh it's not anything to worry about, so I didn't really think much of it.
I've been sort of avoiding going to the doc until later this year once/if I'm pregs because we switched to DH's insurance in January, and there's a hefty deductible. Later in the year we'll have more saved up in our FSA... sigh.
@doxiemoxie212 please do not panic. That was not my intention at all! The only reason I said it is because of how much bleeding you had mentioned. Everyone is their own normal and if you have already mentioned this around and it's not completely off your normal I can completely understand taking it all in stride. I think it's worth mentioning at your next appointment but I did not mean to cause you panic! So sorry
