@kvacmak Ovulation dips can definitely be a thing (not for everyone, and really only identifiable in retrospect, but a low temp isn’t necessarily a big thing). In terms of EWCM vs. “leftovers” EWCM stretches, not snaps; dropped in water (toilet) it will ball up and sink, not dissolve; if you get some on toilet paper it will remain on top, semen will dissolve after a bit. Also, I wait at least 12 hours post HIO before I even attempt to distinguish, b/c by then it’s much more likely to be EWCM.

**TW*** @starla - oh good. that would mean I've got plenty of progesterone. I would say this nausea is worse than it was with ANY of my pregnancies. So if lack of progesterone was a problem and related to my 2 MC, my body has figured its sh!t out.
