Tuesday: Dinner at my mom's
Wednesday: Hawaiian Ham sandwiches
Thursday: Cheeseburger Soup
Friday: Leftovers probably
Other substitute options I have in mind are spaghetti casserole, biscuits and gravy or pancakes.
Edited to add: I have made several things for the freezer - batch of soup, a few casseroles, buffalo chicken tacquitos, a couple different kinds of muffins, banana bread, and lactation cookie dough.

Our meal plan this week is to do as little planning as possible, survive off leftovers and whatever I can scrounge together from the cupboard, or order take out in hopes that we don't actually need any of the meals. Way over cooking at this point. Give me toast and cereal. And a baby.
