I've been trying to engage my stomach too, @kswiger06. I don't think that counts as exercise.
I was pretty dumb about my tearing and don't even know whether my stitches are inside, outside, back, or front. Lurkers, don't be like me! Get the info and look in the early days, as freaked out as you may be. I was too skeeved out about the whole thing to ask for more info, and now I have no clue what I'm dealing with. When I look now I don't see anything, so they're either mostly inside or have already dissolved. All I have to go on is that they're second degree, but that can be a wide spectrum.
I'd love to keep the boards up here - I find myself on here reading more often now that E is here. MOTN feedings are much more fun while reading TB. I'll do a thread if y'all want
