Trying to Get Pregnant

WTO Sunday 3/5

Re: WTO Sunday 3/5

  • Month/Cycle: 12 months, 6/6 TTCAL

    CD: 24

WAYDTGKU: All the things from the PNV to the BBT to the RE.

R/R: Hopefully my temp will be high enough in the morning to get CH. I'll probably move to TWW either way. My chart is a mess this cycle so I think FF and I might disagree. We'll see if the other 4 DPO symptoms show up on cue tomorrow. (One temp was discarded thanks to IPAs.)

    CS/Q: Nope

GTKY: What company/franchise would you like to see go out of business? I'm with everyone who's hoping that Wal-Mart would at least be forced to take care of their employees. I would go for check cashing/payday loans and everyone who is in the business of pushing refis and encouraging people to take equity out of their houses. We just found out that H's MIL, who bought her house in the 70s for about $39,000 currently owes nearly $200,000 on it. WTAF??? And she's just the person who would fall for that stuff.

@Starla I am so, so very sorry. For me, I found more comfort coming back to the people I knew. We've been having a TTCAL thread, too. As far as where to post, do whatever makes you feel best. <3

I'm not sure what method you've chosen but we have people with experience with all of them who would be glad to talk to you. I did the Misoprostol and would be willing to talk to you about it. Bottom line is that I would choose it again. Please, every time you try to figure out how you can pin the blame on yourself, know that you can't. You didn't do anything. Which blows because it means that it's not like you can just not X and fix it in the future. I know that you said you'll probably be back to TTC this cycle but I just want to forewarn you to not get too much pinned on this one. In a loss cycle, O is usually pretty unpredictable. I think that mine was actually anovulatory. I'm so sorry you're back but welcome back.

@Augusta108 Does he love Parks & Rec?! I didn't get into it in the very beginning but it's fantastic. I should try again to get H into it.

@JJMNO1616 Forgot about big tobacco. I agree and would add vaping businesses. "Ohhh yeah, it's soooo much better for you than smoking cigarettes!" Nope. There just isn't sufficient research yet. But what's rolling in is pretty terrible.

@BertieMeetsGertie Hahahaha. I had never even stopped to imagine using all 5. That would be....something else.

@vintageandrea90 Every other day for 10 days?? Well, that cements my decision to start with the RE who is only 25 minutes away over the one that is an hour away. Ugh. FX this one does the trick, though!

  • @Kiki75 Thank you so much for the kind words. It means a lot. I'm leaning towards the meds now rather than waiting just to get it over with. I'm not expecting to get a BFP the first cycle (and would probably prefer it that way). I think we may NTNP that cycle, but it will make me feel better that we're back into it again. Could you PM me?

  • @Kiki75 it depends on what is going on with your cycle, but from CD 1 until ovulation (which this is the first month that's happened) I have to go to the RE every day or every other day for bloodwork/ultrasound. It's taxing for sure. Fx for you!

    IT'S A BOY!

  • @Kiki75, my husband does love Parks & Rec! At first he was just entertained to see Chris Pratt as Andy in his pre-big movie star days, but he's gotten really into it. He even teared up a little when we got to a marriage proposal scene last night.
