Just curious if anyone else has experienced a slow response to Menopur for a timed cycle? This is my first round of treatment. I am at day 14 and finally have a measurable follicle on my left side. It's only measuring 8.6mm and my estradiol is hanging out b/w 24 & 25. So we are upping the dose to 5 vials (375iu) per day for 3 more days. We will retest on Thursday to check progress. The nurse mentioned cancelling if no progress is seen, but she said that once before too and we kept going. So I wont' worry about that right now.

Uhm. I am on Clomid this cycle as a TI with no trigger (UNmonitored .... don't roast me, I know, I know). I took it CD5-9. I'm on CD14, normally O around 15-16, with three+ days of positive OPKs. I assumed I would O a few days early, bout yesterday or today given anecdotal evidence of an early O. Well My OPKS are super negative. Not even darkening, so I know I have at least five days till it's positive (based on my personal history). Whhhhyyyyyy? Even if it ends up on time (which it shouldn't, since my OPKs aren't aligning to that), it's still pretty late for a Clomid cycle, yes? And if it is late (which I am sure it will be), whyyyy??????

@KristoKekerooni ugg i'm sorry its so confusing. Can you remind me when your last follie check was and how you were looking? Yes you should be ready to O earlier... Also the meds can alter your cycle a bit so you may not get 3+ days of + OPK before you O, it could only be one. hugs girl

@wabash15 - Uhm. I haven't had a check... I have no ideas how many follicles, if any, are in there. I haven't had a scan or check or anything. Believe me, it was an accident, I didn't intend to go in unmonitored and I can guarantee my doc is gonna be pissed when he gets back from vacation... So yeah. I haven't had an US. I mean Oing on CD 16 isn't bad, and if like you said it altered my cycle and I don't get that many days of positive, it's still possible I will O on time. But it's not happening today and I am seriously doubting tomorrow too. It's just odd. I guess I'll just chill and stop getting ahead of myself before I know I know I'm Oing late... Just antsy.
