@loveindc Yeah it's actually starting to get on my nerves. That post is a PERFECT example of one that should not be deleted because the OP was experimenting with her Clomid, taking it on different days etc and all the responses were HELPFUL ones about contacting a doctor because Clomid can be scary. WTAF.

Also @goldpepper - we have an awesome Weekly Chart Stalk thread that if you would like help with your chart, you could definitely post it there and get some input. You seemed to have a legitimate question and there are some super smart ladies here who may be able to help. You may also learn a lot from the Newbie Guide (just to see if anything's changed since your time here) but feel free to join in and get some help if you still need it.

Ohhhh my goodness.  I hope that lady saw the responses and stopped!!  What kind of poor excuse for a medical professional would hand out Clomid like that and not monitor???

I am actually really upset that they deleted the clomid post. She needed to know that it may not be safe to take unmonitored. I hope she saw those messages before it was deleted, and she is doing OK. That could be dangerous for her (or others who might do this and should see the post not to).

When I first started lurking around April 2015 there were a ton of posts about Clomid, from many, many women taking it unmonitored, and the awesome ladies here would chime in with "STOP!" and provide all the relevant info about it (@TheBorg7of9 was particularly awesome). I found it incredibly helpful as I had never heard of Clomid before, and when my RE said he'd give it to me the first thing I did was ask how he would monitor me while on it, based on all the amazing information. Now there are no more posts warning about Clomid and monitoring (because the regs on it are monitored), and that one was perfect to show the dangers of Clomid in the hands of a bad doctor and an uninformed woman.

For shame, BGs.

When I was trying to figure out odds of twins on clomid I went down a google rabbit whole and got the impression that some women with no fertility issues buy it from sketchy online pharmacies because they really want twins.

HA, yeah, and Clomid would do it, if not also triplets, quads, quints...I remember someone a looooong time ago said she and her husband were watching "John and Kate Plus Eight" and her husband commented that Kate Gosselin isn't special, she just responds really well to Clomid.

 @ladyMillil Like I want twins but I'm not about to be doing clomid just for that! (obviously I'll be happy with any baby, I just like twins) From this board I know that if we get to that point, I'll know what to make sure my dr/RE does/doesn't do regarding clomid and even other treatments.
