I think we need a little humor around here lately. So share a funny antidote, a lighthearted story or something that made you laugh recently.

I'll start - we were playing some kind of drawing and guessing game at my mother in law's last night with my brothers in law and girlfriends. It was BIL#2 turn to draw and we couldn't figure out what the heck he was drawing. It looked like a wizard with a parking lot. So after the time ran out we saw the word - merlot . He didn't know what it was so he drew Merlin the Wizard with a parking lot. I laughed for like 20 minutes.

When my husband (Kevin) was a kid, he was on a trip with his family and staying at a hotel. He and his sister both got Styrofoam cups to drink from. In order to remember whose was whose, his sister poked a tiny hole with a pencil in the top rim of her cup. Kevin, in a rush of "genius," took the pencil and poked a hole in the bottom of his cup to mark it as his. He literally thought nothing of it even as his mother cracked up laughing ...and laughing and laughing. He still didn't get it. She told him to go put water in it, and obviously, he realized his mistake...but said he could still use it! And plugged the hole with his finger.

Apparently his mom laughed for like a solid 3 hours off and on over this.

I'm faking a tummy ache at work so I don't have to go to lunch with my coworkers. I really want to eat lunch at my desk because on my Harvest Moon-esque computer game, my character got engaged to another villager last night and the wedding is about to happen.

I'm either really awesome or really pathetic.

We went to my cousin and his fiancés house for the Super Bowl last week. Their house is set up so that the living room, kitchen and dining rooms are all along one side of the house and makes essentially one huge room, only differentiated by furniture. I was by the tv in the living room laughing at something really hard, like head back and mouth wide open. My uncle, who was essentially on the other side of the house,threw a piece of cookie and it LANDED IN MY MOUTH!! I wouldn't believe it had it not happened. No one could even speak for the longest time because we all kept cracking up.
