Laundry detergents to wash baby clothes

I have been using unscented evolve detergent for me and hubby. I liked it because it is plant based and easy to find at regular stores. (Kmart and Walmart carry it). I thought I read in a baby book somewhere not to use a plant based detergent for a newborn because they may have allergies to it. But I can't remember where I read that. I'm a Gardener and am allergic to some plants so I believe it, but I have not had any issues with this detergent. I may call the manufacturer and ask. What detergent do you recommend for baby? I checked and dreft actually got an "F" rating on the ewg website.

We've been using Dr. Bronner's - we started washing everything with it a few weeks before DD was born in November. So far, so good!
