Fet transfer 2/10; any advice for success????

Hi Ladies!! I have a FET transfer coming up and have heard the pineapple core can help with implantation because of Bromelain.  I see that you can buy Bromelain supplements, and was wondering if anyone has used them for their transfers.  Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Eating pineapple core certainly can't hurt, but don't stress over the little things! Success seems to be equally divided between those who do all of the things and those who do not. The ONLY thing I did during my TWW was I didn't eat anything ice cold (so no ice cream) and didn't put any ice in my drinks. **TW** My FET was successful and I'm 23 weeks pregnant today!

Good luck to you this month!!

I think general health and hydration help things for sure, but my dr gave me some advice after my transfer Tuesday which was that most things we read on the internet that aide implantation have no scientific backing and that it is not my fault if the egg does not implant it just means that it was not genetically stable enough. I think the gist of what he was saying was relax take care of yourself and you just have to wait !

@taddesse how did you transfer go??? I had mine today too. I did acupuncture  along with my transfer and the acupuncturist actually recommended the pineapple

Awe man my comment only posted half. It should have said the pinapple core trick. Buy two fresh pineapples. Each half a core per day for 4 days.

Hi!  It went really well, besides the horrible full bladder discomfort.
