Middle names for GIRL

With our first, we picked a full boy name and girl name before we found out the gender of the baby. The baby ended up being a girl, and we named her Isla Ann. Our original boy name is still solid (Leland Asher), but we can't seem to narrow down a second girl name for our new baby. Our top three first names are Magnolia, Nora(h), and Quinn. Given our DD's name, and the fact that our last name is one syllable, are there any great suggestions for middle names and possible nn with these three?

First, I love your daughter's name. Second, I really think either Nora or Quinn work best as a name for sister (with Nora being my preference). How about Nora Quinn? I think it goes together beautifully.
