EDIT Has anyone been 8 days late with a negative test? Wondering if I need to go to a free clinic since I don't have insurance or if this can be common?
Ladies I need some input. I have 32 day cycles. The last 8 months have been 32 days consistently instead of my usual 28 days before then-ever since I stopped breastfeeding. So I had my first day of my period December 24th. We only DTD once on day 26 (Jan 18th). I was suppose to start my period Jan 24th but I'm 8 days late. I'm only 13 days since we DTD...but negative pregnancy tests. What is going on?!! Is there still a chance of late implantation and it's too early to test because we DTD so late? Maybe I ovulated really late (I have PCOS but always have regular periods). Please don't say it's "stress" because I've had much more stressful times in my life - I'm happy with life and with my marriage and kids and job so it's not because of stress. Or what else could possibly make my period so late?? I've going crazy! Also I've been more wet down there (clear and odorless)...

It's against TOU to ask if you're pregnant. This sounds like a great question for your doctor. GL!

We don't have insurance right now. I'm just trying to figure out if I should be testing positive by now (13 days after DTD) or if I need to go to a free clinic to see what's up. It's weird that I'm a week late but getting negative tests. Wondering if anyone else has been this late and tested positive later on?

1. It is against the TOU to ask. You cannot ask. It's against the TOU
2. We can't help you. We are a forum of women trying to get pregnant, not already pregnant.
3. You're regular until you're not. Chances are if you're not turning a HPT that you just ovulated late and you are still waiting for AF to arrive. Your period is never "late", it comes exactly when it's supposed to.
Please lurk more, read the pinned posts, and join us in the WTO/TWW threads. I also suggest picking up a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility as the cervical mucous you're describing is considered fertile quality if it's clear and slippery. It's possible you're nearing ovulation now and not your period.
Please read the rules and then join us. These one-off posts are discouraged here.
Your period is not late if you are not turning a HPT positive, it is most likely that you ovulated later (or not at all) this cycle, which is causing your overall cycle to last longer than your "usual". If your HPT is negative, you are not pregnant at this time. There is no need to see a doctor until you don't have a period for 60+ days and no positive HPT.

Echoing what others have said.
Any number of things can cause you to ovulate late or not at all, not only stress. Especially if you have PCOS. Hormones are a tricky thing.
All you can do is wait and see, we cannot tell you anything that a HPT cannot tell you. If you are really concerned, go see a medical professional.

Maybe it's just me but I'm confused why you're actively TTC without insurance? And how you are getting/taking meds without insurance? Your post from July states "hey ladies, anyone on letrozole (famara)? We are TTC and I was given 2.5mg pills. Anyone tried this? What was your dosage? Thanks ladies!"
I guess you don't NEED insurance but pregnancy and giving birth is very expensive (and irresponsible) with no insurance.

You desperately need to read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Or at the very least the Newbie guide. And please, for the love, do NOT go to a clinic, that's a waste of everyone's time. Actually, I take that back. The look on the doctors' and nurses' faces when you say you're there because you're "late" will be priceless. Take pictures.

OP as you have been told its against the TOU to ask if you are pregnant. You ovulated later than you though. Get a thermometer and track your temps. at the very least it will give you a clue. Lurk more and learn!
