Orlando Trip with baby?

My husband is coming home from a deployment in two weeks and we are planning a family vacation in March. We are thinking of going to Orlando staying off parks and driving into the different parks. Any tips or advice from other moms? What are some things you did with babies down in Orlando and best places to stay? They are too little for rides but we were thinking of going to see a few shows we plan on going to Disney, Seaworld, and Universal. We were thinking Orlando would be good because we can drive there we live in NC. Alyssa will be 9 months by then. Any advice would be appreciated .
