I gained 30lb with my last pregnancy, staying active and just moving was key. Lost it all within a few weeks, even though I still had some "fluff" until about 6 months pp. Walking my dogs 2x per day long walks helped (even to the 41w mark) and having gestational diabetes helped me make smarter food decisions. I hope I don't have GD this time, but I plan to try to do at least 1 long walk per day and gym classes a few times per week once I get my energy back! It's been so hard to eat healthy so far, being so nauseous and carbs are the only thing that don't make me sick
I'm supposed to be starting the Healthy Habits Check In on Sundays and I keep forgetting. I've missed the last 2. Would anyone be interested in taking that over for me? Sundays is just a super busy day for me and I already start threads on Saturdays and Mondays haha!
