    I gained 30lb with my last pregnancy, staying active and just moving was key. Lost it all within a few weeks, even though I still had some "fluff" until about 6 months pp. Walking my dogs 2x per day long walks helped (even to the 41w mark) and having gestational diabetes helped me make smarter food decisions. I hope I don't have GD this time, but I plan to try to do at least 1 long walk per day and gym classes a few times per week once I get my energy back! It's been so hard to eat healthy so far, being so nauseous and carbs are the only thing that don't make me sick :(

    I'm supposed to be starting the Healthy Habits Check In on Sundays and I keep forgetting. I've missed the last 2. Would anyone be interested in taking that over for me? Sundays is just a super busy day for me and I already start threads on Saturdays and Mondays haha!
