2.  I am happy DH and I got to sleep in a bit this morning...

3. CD2 is actually not the worst excuse for a little cozy puppy snuggles before getting down to business here. ;)

4.  Happy to go for our second opinion today!

5.  I found a really exciting little study last night that has given me a glimmer of hope...

8.  The puppy is growing up so fast!  He's transitioning to grown-up kibbies..   :'(

9.  Talking to a couple dog trainers about working with him some more now that he's over 1 year is going to be super-fun!

10.  My friend's daughter called me the other day to cheer me up / tell me what she's learning in music class.  That was very sweet.

1. I finally have a cycle buddy! @cdnrunning
2. I can't bring myself to get my tush off this couch to switch laundry over, but stinky laundry is awful, so once I'm done here I will get up.
3.My cat is currently on my lap looking at my gifs above as I type this
4. I want to start a new workout today, but I have neuromas in my left foot, and any impact is excrutiating, so I baby it. Then I wind up hurting something else. All from me kicking something-not on purpose. 
5. I did awesome with caffiene intake yesterday, here's to hoping today is great too!
6. I find myself hiding my phone when um bumping at work. I dont want anyone there knowing my struggles, or trying to find me.
7. I cleaned so hard core yesterday, and want to attack the closets today . Purge time!
8. I am trying to broaden my portfolio, and am choosing my clients wisely. I have been burned badly in the past and everyone wants something for free these days.
9. I have glasses on today. I HATE my glasses. always give the sides of my head a headache. They arent too tight, just I wear contacts more often, so my head isnt used to it.  My allergies are making my eyes super dry so I am forced to wear glasses.

1. Work is quiet today bc the boss is out of town
2. I was super productive when I first got to work
3. I will be able to run on my lunch break
4. Goldfish are delicious and I am totally snacking on them at 9:45am lol 
5. It's a 3 day work week
6. My boss is letting me work from home monday bc of DHs surgery consult
7. A few weeks ago we hired one of my old staff members from a previous life and I loooooove having her here. She gets me.
8. A few of my friends are going through difficult times with their SOs and it makes me so very grateful DH and I are doing well.
9. I you ladies and am so grateful for this commnity

1. It's my Mama's 50th Birthday today!!
2. Last night I got to take the Cone o' Shame of my kitten that got spayed last week. 
3. I booked our annual Valentine's Day hotel room last night. 
4. I literally feel like death today but I look good so... that's a plus.
5. I've been binge watching Pretty Little Liars and so far I'm really liking it!
6. Day 9 of only Special K for lunch seems like it'll be a go today. Yummy Vanilla Almond. 
7. My ultrasound to make sure everything is in tip top shape is Thursday evening. 
8. My RE appointment is March 1 so only a few more weeks! 
9. H cleaned up the house yesterday which was so nice!

Oh wow did I need this thread today - thanks for the reminder to think about the positive!

1. I'm loving my new job
2. DH should be home this weekend - and may be cutting back hours away on this project
3. The cold snap is over! It's going to rain all week, but should be back in the 5-10 C range
4. My dad is almost 8 weeks smoke free, after smoking for 42 years
5. Even though our dog got a tick bite, the vet said he's fine - plus he has had his lyme vaccine
6. I'm loving the colours that I painted the other week - sometimes I just sit and admire my work haha
7. I won tickets to Sunday's hockey game - even though the Canucks lost, we still had fancy box seats
8. I have a nice caprese salad with avocado toast for lunch - which means I don't have to go find food in the rain
9. My migraine last night didn't develop into a full blown one, so I'm feeling better this morning

1. There was cake left over from something sitting in the cafeteria the last time I passed through it.  I kind of stopped and stared at it for a moment (mostly cuz it's kind of a hot mess) and then kept right on going.  I wasn't even tempted to take a piece!

2. They in process of building a new building here at work and I get to see the progress daily.  It's so neat to see it slowly come along!

3. I finally signed up for the full Amazon Prime yesterday and I feel like I've just arrived really late to the most awesome party in the world!  I have access to music, movies, tv shows, pantry items; how did I not know about this before??

4. The temperature has warmed up and it looks like its going to stay about freezing for a little over a week.

5. The rain today will wash away the last bits of snow.

6. DH and I have been finding more shows to watch together.  Previously it was pretty much limited to The Walking Dead.

7. DH is planning on calling the cable company this week (and possibly today if he has downtime at work) to actually cut the cord!

8. I get to look at a different puppy every day with my desk calendar here at work



9. I'm happy to have my HSG scheduled and be moving forward with testing!

10.  As always, I get to spend time with all of you amazing ladies every day!

@Dilynne do you guys stay at a hotel nearby? Do you stay at the same one every year? We prob won't have Valentine's plans this year, so I'm living vicariously through you lol.

@BusinessWife I apolgize if I missed it, but what breed of puppy do you have? I mean, I wouldn't be upset if you posted cute puppy pics ...


1. After a gentle reminder, DH seems to be on board with cutting way back on booze. It's a win for his general health and hopefully for his swimmers. For the record, I'm cutting way back too  
2. I pre-made my morning smoothie last night, which made it possible for me to be *gasp* EARLY for work this morning. 
3. The magnetic baby lock that we put on our trash drawer has actually been keeping our dog out!
4. I switched from Pandora to Spotify for music at work, and I'm enjoying the new variety. Pandora was playing too many repeats.
5. Started watching Taboo with DH last night. So far I'm not in love with it, but I'm happy to have another show that DH and I can watch together. 
6. Diet has been going pretty well! And, it's nice to feel like I'm doing everything in my power to help myself get KU.
7. From what I can tell (I try to not ask him repeatedly every week), DH has been doing great with quitting smoking. 
8. One of DH's coworkers is relocating, so DH might get to step into his role, which includes a raise!
9. It's going to be above freezing for a couple days this week!!! I'll be taking my dog for walks on my lunch breaks. At this point 32+ degrees feels like shorts weather lol.
10. Ever since cutting way back on booze, I've been sleeping SO much better.

@LuND We stay in a hotel about 3 hours away. Same one every year, same room.  The first year was a bit of a fluke. My Dad had booked it for him and Mom but they couldn't go so we went so now we have a standing reservation every year. And we get a wicked deal - $70 for a room with a King size bed and a jacuzzi in the room. It's wicked.  We usually get dressed up and do a fancy dinner but this year we're going to order pizza and watch movies and play games and stuff. I'm pretty excited

@BusinessWife Your WGSD is beautiful!!!!  Also, we have the same toy for our dog, only in orange.  We call it her indestructo toy because it's the only thing she chews on but hasn't destroyed yet!

1. It was amazing to get away for the weekend and see my brother and his family
2.the babies and the dogs did great for the 5 hour car ride
3. like @lund we are having a mini "heat wave" this week and it will be so nice!
4. I am out of my cast earlier than I thought!
5. I can shower without a plastic bag on my hand!! which means I can wash my own hair and shave my armpits!
6. My biopsy came back benign, phew!
7. I O'd early this cycle which means my next cycle will start sooner and we can get on with a medicated cycle
8. weaning is going better than I thought
9. DH's birthday is this week and I already have a card and his present... Woo hoo, I am often last minute!
10.This community, you ladies are so amazing!

@BusinessWife thanks for doing this thread every week. I hope your second Opinion goes well. Keep us updated!  BTW those best bottom diapers are AMAZING!! it is so easy to go hog wild with cloth diapers.  Are they snaps or velcro?  The velcro was great early on, especially in the middle of the night but didn't hold up well in the long run.

@wabash15 yay!  So glad you got such good news plus get to SHAVE!  OMG nice to feel human again, eh? ;)

I got the snaps!  I see both sides, but for me I'm kind of hoping the snaps holding up longerm is the way to go.  I do have sweetpea nb aios that only came in velcro, which I figure is cool, cos that's the point of those, is to make is easy - especially for helper-caregivers in the beginning who may be intimidated by cloth - and I loved them so much I also got a mini stash of their velcro covers.  But other than that, I pretty much have all snaps, except a couple promo OS AIOs that I can't complain about a "free diaper" and oh!  But I lie, because I also have 8 of the Totsbots size 1 fitteds that are velcro (for overnights)  Phew!

I'm loving all the kitties and puppies in here today! I wish I could join in but I'm on mobile

1. We had an amazing long weekend trip with one of my best friends in California. 

2. Beach time! 

3. I haven't had to wear my winter coat in daysssss.

4. But I also have something to look forward to getting home -- the sleeper sofa at his place was so uncomfortable and I can't wait to be back in our bed.

5. I'm grateful to be able to learn from you ladies about what to expect at the RE next week.

6. And I'm grateful to live in a part of the country with a lot of options for REs and treatments.

7. This weekend I'll get to hang out with my aunts and their puppies!

8. It's a nice short work week since I took today off too  

9.  My husband is a sweetie and took the middle seat so I could have the window

10. Jetblue has live tv and there is a real housewives marathon on. I'll be turning off my brain in 3 2 1

@BusinessWife we have been cloth diapering the twins pretty much since the beginning ( I think we started at about a month because most of what we had was a little big on them as brand newborns.  We love it. We have a mix of the best bottoms and some of the stuff in style. The snaps have definitely held up for nearly 2 years and a lot of what we got was preused from my SIL.  
   When your sleep deprived at night early on the velcro is amazing, but as they get older and move way more it does not always hold as well. Its good you have a variety of styles, there are some we loved when they were little and then found others we like better as they got older.  Feel free to PM me if you ever have any CD questions.

@LuND Right? I'm SO proud of him... he's tried so many times over the years, and I really think this is it. He had a heart attack just over a year ago, and is now looking at heart surgery in 2017, so that was a real eye-opener.
