I was so sorry to find out today at 11w 5d that I have had a missed miscarriage. I started spotting just prior to my scheduled OB appointment, and my OB along with a follow up sonogram confirmed that my pregnancy did not proceed much past my first sonogram at 6w2d (where a strong heartbeat was observed). Human bodies certainly are strange. I have a d&c scheduled for next Tuesday if it does not pass naturally before then.
Thank you so much to everyone on this board. I have learned so much and got so much support when I announced my pregnancy to my family just last week. I will definitely be lurking and I wish you all a safe and successful pregnancy.
