@roxgibbons I'm so sorry you have to deal with this- I just went through the same thing in November. Don't beat yourself up over the "what ifs." I'd recommend still doing the HCG test at least today and in two days to check levels so you know what you're dealing with. Thinking of you.
I'm going to hang out here for a bit and root you guys on. Technically I'm in the tww but there's zero chance of being ku. We are starting IUI next cycle and dh didn't want to risk another ectopic or any other issue before starting iui. I didn't agree but it's kind of nice to not being a raging lunatic for once lol. I have no idea when I o'd. I had 2 ultrasounds with my RE, the 1st was cd 12 and he said it looked like I had O'd already which is impossible and then again on Friday he said it looked like I already O'd but my progesterone was 2 so i have no idea. I was sick last week and stuffed up solid so my morning temps are completely erratic. Today is CD 24, I'm just hoping to get my period sooner than later so I can get this iui before January. CD 1 here i come!

AFM, I think I've settled on being about 6 DPO. Temps have risen consistently over the last few days, though I continued getting positive OPKs after the date FF has for O so I could be a few days less. But the SS has started, and my boobs are tender already. Going to try to hold off a bit on testing this time around, so we'll see how that goes.
@roxgibbons That is so unfair and cruel. I am so, so sorry.
BFN at 9DPO (and 8DPO, and 7DPO ... it's been a BSC weekend). My one and only BFP came at 9DPO so in my head I definitely feel out. Since the MC I haven't had a LP longer than 11 days, so just a few more days of limbo and then we'll be calling the midwives for RE recommendations. I'm bummed.
@migdala Sorry for the BFNs. I'm right there with you on the BSC. I KNOW 7 and 8 DPO are too early, but that didn't stop me from testing this weekend either. You're not out until your period shows up though. And according to all the charts that FF analyzed, most women don't get a BFP until one day before AF. Early BFPs are actually pretty rare. This is what I'm telling myself anyway...

@RiverSong15 Sorry for your BFNs too. Sucks so bad. I feel like such a psycho the way I scrutinize the tests trying to WILL a second pink line into existence. Thanks everybody- I called my RE office and going in for blood work- the nurse was so incredibly bitchy on the phone- it's like come on lady really? I'm taking the day and staying home for a bit- I'm just devasted. Poor DH is pretty upset as well- I just don't freaking get it. I had a nice light pink line yesterday and just like that it's gone-The sad part is this last couple of weeks, I've been in a better place overall with everything like I had a mental and emotional shift. I felt happier then I had in a long time and DH said he noticed I was smiling more and seemed lighter- and now I'm back to sadness and despair. I just don't get it anymore.

So I am back to the bump after taking a break because it was overwhelming after mc in October. I've made a lot of progress emotionally, and, now, here I am in the TWW of my first cycle post mc.
I'm not sure how to prepare myself or what to expect either way. I just have the lurking feeling that it will hit me harder than I can predict.
Also I'm drowning in wondfo strips because the best amazon deal includes 50 LH and like 25 HCG. trying so hard not to test just because I have them lying around.

So I went in for the beta and it came back positive. I had asked the nurse to just do a quantitative straight away and she refused and said if it's positive they'll call and get the numbers. I called and they are still running the numbers. I believe at my lab the HCG has to be 25 to turn a positive test, so why didn't it pick up on an FRER this morning and picked it up yesterday afternoon? I called DH and he went to the drug store and picked up FRER and EPT. I took them about a half hour ago and both are positive. The EPT came up right away within seconds with a strong line. The FRER is faint but a line is there now. So- WTF about the test this morning???? A faulty test or maybe my pee was too diluted from peeing in the middle of the night? And EPT is less sensitive- now I'm just dying to get the HCG quantity.

@migdala Yes, the new curved FRERs can be nasty. I've usually heard of them having evap lines or indents, but this is the first I've heard of them not being sensitive enough! Must be a faulty test. In any case, this is why I have Wondfos, FRERs and a digi in my cabinet. Overkill? Maybe... But it saves me money and stress to confirm with different tests once I see anything on a Wondfo.
@roxgibbons I haven't been on TB all day and I will have to say it was a Rollercoaster just to read. I am so freaking excited for you and FX for some awesome betas in a couple days!

@roxgibbons Oh my goodness this has been a crazy two days for you! I'm hoping for more good news from you today!
