I dread when the morning sickness/extreme exhaustion starts - for me with DD, that was about week 7-8 (I'm maybe week 6). Right now it's insomnia, lots of bathroom trips, dizziness/breathlessness with normal movements, decreased appetite.
I'm 4 weeks 6 days: I'm exhausted! By 12:30 I'm ready to lay down..and it's only half way through the day! I'm also peeing all the time (although maybe that's just because of all the water!).
I feel like it's too early, but it looks like I have a belly already. Too early, right?
I'm 4w2d and I feel like I have a bad cold! My nose is running like crazy, I'm sneezing a bunch, coughing and having gas! Is this pregnancy-related or am I just going through a cold or allergies?
... and the diarrhea is back with a vengeance! I was almost late to work because of it, so after work I told one of the chiefs that way they can be aware if I need to call out or reschedule office hours. And also so I could get the time needed for upcoming appointments.

@manillabar I was going to ask if anyone besides me was having diarrhea?! My first pregnancy had me constipated allllllllll the time but I have been pooping non-stop for over a week now. Is this normal?
So far I feel pretty good, except I keep getting horrible muscle cramps in my feet! Oh and back pain- that has been killer. I called my OB today because it felt like kidney pain and I had a UTI right before my BFP and was worried that the infection didn't clear and moved to my kidneys. She seemed unconcerned and told me to keep an eye on it and go to Urgent Care if it gets bad during non-office hours.
@goodtimesally last week a few others said they were experiencing it too, and from my lurking on the June BMB it would appear we are not alone... just something I guess no one tells you, lol!

Holy smokes. The symptoms have decided to show up the last few days (5+4). Bloating, no appetite, alllllll the smells, emotions galore, fatigue, insomnia, and headaches! I didn't have headaches with my first so I really didn't expect it! Any home remedies?
Why, hello, tingly boobs. I'm not quite sure I enjoy the feeling...

Same symptoms, but every once in a while I'll feel really good and then that has me worried! I'm like wait, where did my sore boobs and nausea go?? I'll literally sit there and squeeze my boobs to see if they hurt. I'll get worried if I don't feel nauseous, then usually another hour or so later the nausea kicks in....of course paranoid me is like wait is that nausea or hunger pains??
Does anyone have tenderness under one or both armpits? I am still nursing DS so maybe it has to do with that (I have read that your milk ducts can extend into your armpits) but you would think I would have felt it before now unless its pregnancy related.

I did, but only before my BFP! So around 3 weeks.
TBH, I still avoid wearing a bra at all costs. They feel like they are strangling me.
Highly monitored internet and no cell service in the office, so I'm postin' and ghostin' while I'm workin'
@BabyDancer yes! I totally squeezed my boobs yesterday because they weren't as sore as the day before. And when I eat without nausea I get worries although I guess I should be grateful lol

Only 4+2 so not much in the nausea front yet THANK GOD. spidey sense smell is starting and my acne is awful (always hormonal)...but that's about it. Thankful for a few weeks before my hell sets in

Sorry for the poor man's siggy...ticker won't load regardless of how many tips I read.
It's so strange how things change each day. Today I am EXTREMELY irritable and my boobs are so big and sore they hurt when I walk. I am getting literally so annoyed with them. Idk how you naturally busty girls do it. Sitting at my desk was torture, I was restless all day and had a headache.
@Cait32 achy is so normal! I had it with my first and this one as well - increased hormones, blood flow and it beginning to expand can make it feel achy. Mine always felt like light cramps but once in awhile I will get a sharper pain.
Any one else have nipples that are hard ALL THE TIME? I am not that chesty and my breasts aren't sore but the nips are crazy. And if my husband tells me one more time that "the turkey is done" (referencing pop up thermometers) I reserve all rights to homicide.
6 weeks yesterday - Exhausted and sore boobs. Not really much nausea yet (knock on wood!). I also feel like I'm constantly on the verge of getting a migraine. But it never really tips to becoming a full on headache. Doc put me on a vitamin blend to help prevent them since ibuprofen is not currently an option.
This was me every morning last week. It made me nervous at first because I have a history of refractory migraines. Are you taking something with riboflavin and magnesium in it, by chance? My neurologist started me on riboflavin pre-pregnancy. Even though it took a while to build up in my system, it's worked wonders.
This is me...all week fighting bad headaches borderline migraines. It's awful. Trying to care for my 13 month old like this is not fun. I also have a history of migraines. What are the pregnancy safe options? My first appointment is several weeks away! Meanwhile my heating pad is my best friend.
I am on the train as everyone else. Getting super nauseated. Usually it's when I wake up to pee at 3 or 4am and lay there just sick to my stomach. I can only drink sprite in the morning (I know not the best choice) because it's the only thing that doesn't make me feel sick.
First time since my BFP I felt really nauseous this morning. @osucma it was also when I was on the train this morning, rocking back and forth and stopping short every now and then, and at one point there was this strong odor of burnt rubber and I was panicked that I was going to lose it. Nothing happened but I dug into my lunch bag and started munching on my apple. Now at work and could definitely use a ginger ale or something. No appetite for any of the foods I brought with me today. Blech.

@Jsweet it is a thing of beauty. All the fun of a pop and none of the sadness of a flavored water. There is no nutritional content but with no caffeine it is a tasty indulgence that helps with nausea. Orange sofa ain't got nothing on this
I'm exhausted beyond belief. Waves of nausea are coming and going but nothing serious yet. I'm expecting it to really hit at 6 weeks like it did for my other two babies.
I forgot about the exhaustion. This is almost worse than nausea.
