Quick morning sickness question for Diclegis Users

Hi! Is anyone using Diclegis? It was making my life bearable until yesterday when all hell broke loose and i couldn't keep anything down. The doctor suggested I take one in the morning (I've only been doing 2 at night) but the thing is it knocks me the eff out during the day, which doesn't work on days that I go into the office. Do any of you take it during the day? Does it just take a few days to be able to stay awake? Thank you in advance!
