  • @Kacie209  In principle, I agree. However, I must admit that when I was about 8 weeks pregnant, I was super stoked to park in one of those spots at Babies R Us.
  • I used to work at 7, which would always get me a close spot anyway so it wasn't that big of a deal. But, now I can start later, and usually come in around 8, so most people are already here. I work in a building with around 800-900 employees, or something like that... it's big. Thus, I park a little farther away. I definitely don't mind the walk, but just some days it'd be nice to park closer, or have the option.

At 29 weeks, I can still easily move (and need to)... and will be done working at the end of week 35, so hopefully the that feeling keeps up for the next 6 weeks!

  • My confession is that I just straight up don't like one of my shih-tzu's. He's an okay dog, just his personality doesn't jive with mine. He barks with the first noise in the morning from his crate until you come let him out, like a rooster. He's also the dominant dog in the house and so the other two worship him, which bugs me. He will lay in front of the food without eating it just so the other two can't come eat. He also tries to herd me when he wants me to do something and he does a lot of staring at you which bugs me. I don't know, I just don't like him.

Don't worry, he gets everything the other two get fair and square: Treats, vaccinations, grooming, regular baths, frontline, the good dog food, etc.

I just don't happen to like him.

He's very gentle and obedient (when you're looking anyway), he's easy going, rarely barks unless he's crated and thinks he should be out. We just aren't best friends, I guess. Maybe he'll be Eaton's favorite.

  • @yellingbanana I literally lol'ed about the mouse. Awesome!  What they don't know won't hurt them  ;)
  • @Austenista I play favorites with my dogs lol. I use to love both of our dogs fairly equally, but then one of them died. We adopted another dog, and he's a great dog...very sweet. But I still love the other one more.

  • I have to confess!!!
I did not invite my DH's sister in-law to my baby shower. I technically should have. She avoids his family, is super judgy, super controlling, and is an undercover b*tch. I'm one of those people that can get along with anyone, so I can just smile and nod at her, but my friends may not be able to keep their tongues.
I secretly hate her for what she has done (prevents her man from seeing his family). Also, there were a few times we invited her and DH's brother over for get togethers, and she brought her whole freaking family! Sisters, brothers, kids, her mom! So I'm just gonna be like "baby shower? Oh no, didn't do that this time... "

  • @yellingbanana Good for you! I didn't invite my SIL to mine because of how nasty she is to my parents. Not that it mattered to her, since she doesn't bother to show up at any family functions, but it felt good to not bother with her.
