Short Version of our Birth Story
Contractions started at 5am on 8/30. Water broke at 6am and woke husband up. Contractions sent me to the bathroom each time. They started out feeling like diarrhea pains and followed with bowel movements... wasn't expecting that at all. Got to the hospital at 8am and was 8cm dilated. Was 10cm by the time they checked me in the labor and delivery room. It went really fast until we started pushing. Just couldn't get him to come out so they gave us two options. Assist with forceps or c-section. We choose forceps. Being in an operating room was very scary for us but the forceps worked. We pushed 4 times and he came out perfect with no injures. We are absolutely in love with him.
