Sibset suggestions for Violet

We are expecting baby girl #2 and need some more name ideas. We have some time but with DD we couldn't agree on a name for months. 
DD is Violet, and a very generic Irish last name. 
Some names I like are Cora, Hazel, Rose, Cordelia. None of which H likes! 
I don't like Clara/ Claire, anything trendy like Quinn's and Brynns. 
I also worry that another "flower/ plant" name will seem matchy and silly. 
What say you, ladies?

I agree on the flower/plant thing - suggest:

I think it can depend on the flower/plant name. For example Hazel is actually a type of tree but I don't think it sounds too matchy to Violet. Regardless if you guys don't want that, then avoid it. Also after my own struggles if H doesn't like it, dump it.

Rosalie (sort of matchy but had to toss it in!)

@EEL0824 I love Isadora as a sister for Violet.

I also like Hazel with it (I might be alone but I like that they're both colors as well).

I think Maeve, Scarlett, and Siobhan go well with Violet too.

My Aunt is Lorna, I think it could be weird if we went with that, but it's is pretty. 
I had originally wanted Hazel, but then I heard a celeb with Violet and Hazel and it turned me off.

Save yourself some trouble then. 

Print out the top 1000 girl names, give him a highlighter and 1 week to mark at least 20 names he likes. See if any of them line up with names you like and go from there.

He helped make that baby, he can take 20 minutes to put forth ideas instead of just shooting down what you come up with.

We are heavily considering Cora (I've talked him into it), and I want Leigh for a middle and he's adamant that he doesn't like it. So unless I can change his mind I'll need new ideas.

I love the idea of a botanical pairing!  What about Lavender, Begonia, Heather, Magnolia, Lotus, Gardenia, Phlox, Hyacinth, Jasmine, Trillium, Saffron, Bay, Marjoram, Rosemary, Poppy, Maple?

I would avoid another plant, floral or color name. Scarlett & Violet is too colorful a pairing IMO. 

I love most pp suggestions but especially Matilda, Tessa, Margot & Genevieve. Naomi is nice like you said. 

Suggesting: Celeste, Ramona, Alice, Francine, Tabitha, Fiona.

No, I was serious.  I always figure it's a lot smarter and nicer to offer constructive suggestions than to make fun of people ;-)

So we decided against another nature/ color name. 
I told H he had better start making some suggestions and he suggested Eleanor. Which I adore. 
Looks like we may have our name.....
Now we need a mn.....
