Cyst on babies ovaries

I'm almost 34 weeks and went today for an ultrasound to check growth. They found cysts on each of the babies ovaries. The maternal fetal medicine MD told us that it was due to my hormones and that once the baby is born, the cysts usually resolve on their own. We have to go back in two weeks for a repeat ultrasound to see if they have gotten larger or smaller. She also mentioned that they may do serial ultrasounds in the baby to monitor the cysts once she is born.

Has anyone ever experienced this? It is so nerve wracking! I do t know if I can wait another two weeks for an ultrasound. I think I may call my OB and ask to come in next week for a scan.....

I have never heard of it but could see it as possible. After all girl babies tend to bleed a little after they are born due to our hormones.
