Rory's boyfriends??? Jess was a jerk when he was younger (thus the basis of his appeal ), but he definitely redeemed himself with this little speech. Plus, he's HAWT.

I'm not too terribly worried. Lorelai has always been non-traditional when it comes to marriage. The ring was an afterthought for both Max and Luke. Also, she refused to take Christopher's name when they got married. They may not be married yet in the reboot, but I'm 99.9999% sure they're at least still together.

1) I don't think third party voting is pointless, and believe it has the best chance of making an impact in this election season. I too, am sick of hearing about it one way or the other though, and just want this to be over.
2) I have not, and likely will not ever see an episode of Gilmore Girls. Not opposed to it, just not interested enough to put forth the effort to actually watch it.
3) #teamyellowcake (although I do in fact love chocolate cake as well).

UOs: #1) Trump is less qualified to run this country than a banana, or, say... Walt Disney's frozen head. HOWEVER, I suspect Clinton is actually possibly one of the least genuine, yet most qualified person to run this country - esp. in regard to international affairs. So... I guess I will base my vote accordingly. Either way I find this election to be an endless source of grimacing and can NOT wait for November!

@krzyriver DH and I didn't like carrot cake either, until we had a good one. Cut to our wedding where half the cake was white and the other half was carrot. We're obsessed.
