so I'm on day 10 of spotting. It's nothing heavy but my GP wants me to get blood tests every three days... What are those called again? Are those the hcg tests or beta? I don't know the terms. Good news is that I'll be getting an earlier ultrasound.
Doctor said I had a 50/50 chance of keeping the baby though. I'm still nauseas, so I'm hopeful.
anyone else here have spotting but a healthy pregnancy? I've never had spotting or miscarriage so I have no clue what to think. Cross your fingers or pray for me if you can please

UPDATE: you guys are STUCK WITH ME, muahaha! My betas, or whatever it's called, are rising! Now just waiting to make sure that my ultrasound is cool and I'm here for good

I have two healthy babies that I bled not spotted but bled from 10dpo through the ENTIRE pregnancy. Very possible to carry to term and spot and it just one of those freak things.
I'm currently back in the same boat, spotting and concerned but aware it could very well be fine, some women just spot/bleed in pregnancy.
Baby #1 7/16/10

They call them betas and they test for HCG so whichever term you want to use is fine.
Thinking of you!
I agree that you really need to advocate for yourself. An ER bill could be big, so maybe try calling the doctor again?

i went in today for sono and baby looked healthy for 7 weeks but they found a sub chorionic hematoma. Might absorb, might continue to bleed itself out, have to be monitored but it shouldn't cause big problems.
I had had this with my son as well and passed a 6in blood clot at 11weeks.
