I love all Maurice Sendak and Mo Willems books.

DS USED to love "Where the Wild Things Are", but now the only book he wants to read is "My Big Train Book" which just has pictures/names of trains. So DH and I sit all day and read things like - "Indian Timber Train, American Freight Train, the Pendonlini", etc. Sooooooooo boring.

Mine: I Love You Through and Through -- this is my favorite of the books we're reading now, meaning the ones that are short enough to hold DD's attention!

DD's: Pat the Bunny Bunny Kisses -- she gives kisses (i.e. presses the button) to all the animals kisses right on cue!

We both like little golden books.  DS also likes books that have the buttons that you can push that make sounds.

DD's varies with her moods but some current favorites are Mr. Brown Can Moo, I Am A Bunny, Blue Hat, Green Hat, Goodnight, Gorilla and the Pigeon Wants a Puppy.  Her old favorite was Brown Bear, Brown Bear.  I like Miss Spider's Tea Party but she doesn't always have the patience for it.

The favorite book that DS and I have is called "I Love You Through and Through."  I read it to DS from the time he came home when he had terrible reflux and screamed all night.  Now he brings it to me to read to him, because it's his favorite.  He's so busy and this is the only book he'll sit still and let me read.
