My FFFC is that (even though I've been regularly bumping for the last year) I'm still not sure I know EXACTLY what will get me banned.... ;-)

@MissPrint1219 I was curious myself and dug for the terms and services. Here are the rules that I think apply the most to posting:
If you post something to the Site, such as comments or other content, do not post anything that:

• uses strong, vulgar, obscene or otherwise harmful language,
• uses racially, ethnically or otherwise, objectionable language,
• infringes any third party intellectual property right (such as copyrights),
• is defamatory (i.e., something that is negative and untrue about another person or entity),
• divulges another person's or entity's confidential or private information or trade secret,
• is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive or discriminatory,
• encourages criminal conduct

So, just FYI - Don't flame my pee stick by copying a passage verbatim from a book and trying to pass it off as your own. That'll get you banned.

I think one of the other things post-mass exodus is that you can no longer say things like "F*ck off" or "you're acting like a beyotch," whereas prior to everything that went down, both were deemed acceptable.

@Scarlett830 Does the context matter - like, if you're just teasing someone else and they're in on it, or is it pretty black and white? Not saying I'm going to tell anyone to piss off and expect them to laugh at it.  Just curious. Asking for a friend.

I'm honestly not sure @dubcompanion. I had come across what was acceptable and what wasn't randomly but it wasn't with the TOU section. Also, I think it was originally posted by BumpMay, and look where she ended up.

Since my posts made a lot of ladies FFFC I thought I would post here instead of making a new thread.  Hope that's ok.  I just want to apologize for my overzealous posts. I made a slight fool out of myself and realize I was wrong to post and introduce before my BFP and rightfully so, annoyed a lot of ladies here.  I get it.  I should have posted on the first tri board. 

So here is me admitting I made a mistake and I'm hoping you ladies can forgive and forget because I would like to stick around.

I've been craving salads lately....like it's all I want to eat.  DH hates going out to dinner because he hates spending extra money.  I really could have eaten anything tonight but I used my craving as an excuse to con DH into going out to dinner

@JAGinMI it was late 2014/early 2015. From what I recall, a new TOU was rolled out in response to people (i.e. mainly those who didn't read guidelines and follow etiquette) getting butt-hurt by "mean girls" (aka the snarky yet wonderful science lovers who told it like it was, gave super advice, and offered mucho support).

Then suddenly there were mass bannings of board moderators, content was mysteriously deleted, and a whole lot of other stuff that I am fuzzy on. Supposedly BumpMay wasn't who she was supposed to be and the claim was that the site had been hacked. But when the bannings occurred, a lot of people jumped ship and went elsewhere.

You can probably find a more detailed history with a Google search. So much happened that it was kind of overwhelming, and I abandoned both boards because it was just too much drama.

There was a lot of chaos, a lot of Glow mentality, and very little of the fundamental 3 S's (support, science, and snark).

Yeah I haven't been on TB in ages so I had no idea about the exodus. In general, most boards I was on on here eventually had a mass exodus. I think it's the natural progression of these types of boards.
