Good afternoon my lovelies!

Over on the IF board, we had a thread going for a while of verses that were helping us through the journey. But even now that we're on this side, there still can be fears, complications, and hard days. I have a sticky note on my computer where I write down names of people who I know are having a particularly hard time, but I'd love to get something going where we could post specific prayer requests and then encouragement for each other.

I just found out today that I'll be induced on July 18 when I'll be 37 weeks, 2 days due to gestational hypertension. If the baby shows signs of distress or decides to show earlier himself, then it could be earlier. I would appreciate prayers that my high blood pressure does not negatively affect him, that he is born healthy, and that I have a safe delivery.

@chicandbubbly I'm sorry you are experiencing a subchorionic hematoma . I had two . I know how stressful it can be . I ended up in the ER two times . I'm almost 21 weeks now and doing fine . I will say with my first incident going off the vaginal suppositories seemed to help the bleeding stop . The second time I was almost 15 weeks and it resolved in a couple days . Praying yours resolved quickly !!! 

@riveridgional praying for a safe delivery !!! And also that baby is not in distress earlier than that set date !!

Thanks ladies... Bleeding again today. My RE had me come in for an ultrasound and the baby is doing great! Eased my worries a bit but I won't fully relax until this thing has disappeared and no more bleeding!

I'm struggling a bit today. Yesterday we worked a Farmers market for some friends. It was bleedin hot out, but we had a tent and I drank lots of water, gatorade, and just had ice. Still had some symptoms of dehydration, like a headache and my pupils were tiny and I still have a headache today. No cramping or anything overly worrisome about baby, but it is hard not to stress that I hurt us. Please pray for peace of mind and healing.

@dragonfaerie prayers for you ! I know how hard it is not to worry .   I was so worried in the beginning that I over exerted myself moving or by barfing too much .. Or crying when I was stressed . Our babies are so resilient .. Everything will be ok !! take extra good care of yourself though please so you don't have to worry !!

@tvh1982 Thanks for checking in! It seems every few hours are different emotions that cycle through. I just keep bouncing between calm, excited, nervous, and scared! While he should be okay after 37 weeks, I'm still so worried he may have NICU time. It's also strange knowing that life as I know it will completely change a week from today! I've been desperately wanting this for over 2 years, and I'm still in a little bit of disbelief it's really going to happen!

@dragonfaerie hope you feel better! I am jealous of your hot weather though. Seattle has had a much cooler "summer" this year. It kind of sucks because usually our summers are so perfect!

@riveridgional praying for you and your babe! So exciting the day is almost here .

@tvh1982 I am doing pretty good thanks for asking!! I haven't had any bleeding since Friday morning. I am expecting more, but I am so thankful that I didn't see any over the weekend. I told my boss that I am pregnant and so I am working from home for the time being. I didn't want to tell him this early but I am supposed to take it easy so I needed to let him know . How are you feeling?

Thank you @mskeenan @chicandbubbly @tvh1982 I am feeling much better today. I laid down most of yesterday and drank lots of water and Gatorade, then finally took a Tylenol around 5pm which helped quickly. I've got minor cramps today, but it feels like the normal stretching twinges we all get occasionally. My eyes don't hurt anymore and I'm feeling much more relaxed.

@riveridgional Wow, it really is coming up fast! I'm sure it feels very surreal for you being at this point. Continuing to pray for health for you and baby, and that the 18th goes smooth as butter!

@chicandbubbly Oh my word, it has been over 90 so many days! I love the heat usually, but being prego and having it be close to 100 is no fun! I wanted to go to the pool yesterday but I decided with my headache I should just stay inside with the A/C. Do you get rain in the summer?

@dragonfaerie - glad you are feeling better! It can be scary to just do normal things in the heat for sure. I drink about a gallon of water a day and my dr. told me I am still dehydrated. 

@riveridgional - so exciting that you are so close. Praying for a safe and healthy delivery and that baby will be just perfect!

@chicandbubbly - glad your bleeding has stopped. Praying that everything continues to go well!

@everyone! Thinking about you all.

We could use some prayers for health. Went from having a mild (?) UTI to now having a mean chest cold. I feel like crap. I just want to feel healthy after these last two weeks!

Hey ladies, how is everything going? I found out last week that the SCH has unfortunately gotten bigger. I have not had any bleeding since July 8th, thankfully. I am praying it will go away soon!!! I hope you all are doing good and those not feeling well are doing better.

@chicandbubbly I'm sorry that your SCH got bigger, but glad that so far you are doing well!

I've had some headaches the last few days but nothing debilitating. I'm starting to feel a bit of the anxiety around not having appointments every week. There's been minor cramping/twinges, but no other symptoms so I just have to remind myself to take a deep breath and believe that everything is okay!

@dragonfaerie it is stressful not having appointments when you are so used to so many with an RE . I'm finally at the point where I'm kind of ok with it . Just because I hate doctor offices and now I can feel the baby kick as reassurance . It will get easier !!! 

I'm sorry about your SCH @chicandbubbly . I think I mentioned before I had one that stopped bleeding and started back up after 10-11 weeks of resolving  . So annoying . Hope it resolves and that you don't get a bleed !

Thank you @mskeenan In general I've been okay, but just because I've had more twinges the last few days I start to get a little anxious.

@mskeenan did yours eventually disappear (or bleed out) and how far along were you or do you still have it?

@chicandbubbly ah so I did my math a little wrong but if I had my first bleed (SCH) at 5-6 weeks . Bled for a few days then nothing until week 14-15 . I was hospitalized for a huge bleed followed my spotting at that time . Only bled for 2-3 days but first day was very intense and terrifying .  My US showed that my first SCH was bleeding again and that I had a second SCH as well close to it . I'm currently 22 weeks and have not had bleeding in about 7 weeks . My doc told me to call if anything should happen again but said that they see quite a few women with this issue recurring and things are usually fine ! It's easier said than done but try to stay calm ! I worried so much and still get scared every time I go to the bathroom even though my baby is doing well !

I've been thinking tons of you @riveridginal. Hope all went well, and you are holding your lovely little baby!
How is the bleeding @chicandbubbly? Have you got a little break from it now? How will they proceed?
And you @dragonfaerie? Are you back to your old self after the dehydration?
Have the UTI's and colds dissapeared @vssbrm and @ultratomato?

Could we all say a little prayer, sending happy thoughts to @wenikilina she might need some from us ladies.

@tvh1982 Thank you! I am doing much better. Since getting off the extra hormones I am feeling better too.

@tvh1982 thanks for checking in! I'm feeling much better, the doc pit me on antibiotics and that cleared things up quickly, only they gave me a yeast infection. Very ready to feel 100% again.

@tvh1982  sorry never saw your message! I haven't had any bleeding since July 8th! A week ago I had a teeny bit of spotting but that I believe was caused by a pap smear at the OB's, she warned me I could bleed a bit. I go in tomorrow (still RE) to get another ultrasound and check the bleed. I am soooo hoping and praying for good news!

I have a prayer request: I've really been struggling with the part-time admin in my office. She does not get a lunch as she only works four hours, but she disappears for long periods of time throughout the day and leaves me to answer the phones when I'm clocked off because she's eating and ignores the phone. It's finally at the point where I just need to talk to the manager. I'd address it with her, but I know it wouldn't go well coming from me because in the past when we had a conversation about things, she said I treated her like I was her superior and I'm not (which strictly speaking, I am, but I am not her boss.) I don't want to cause problems, but it's stressing me out and making me angry, neither of which I need. Please just pray that I would stay calm during the conversation and that my boss would be receptive to helping me address the situation. I am aware that it will likely poison things between us permanently, but I cannot keep being angry about this.
