Wellfleet**
Since you're in MA too, I thought I'd ask you. Is there a website or place that I can go to find a list of all of the preschools in a particular town/area? I tried a google search but its not very good as I'm getting a lot of public schools and such.
I want to find a listing of private preschools in a particular town or general area. Is there something on the DOE website??

Hmmmm...I don't know. We're in Wellesley and I got a list from the Wellesley Mothers Forum--does your town have MOMS club or anything like that? I know WarmLines in Newton also had a guide to Newton area preschools. I've also just been asking mom friends with older kids where they send their kids and checking out those schools.
A lot of the schools here are about a year out in terms of applications, so I will actually have to do the application process this fall (2009) to send Kate in 2010.
Sorry I can't be more helpful--it is really overwhelming! I have about 20 schools on my list to check out. I have no idea how I'll decide!
