First ultrasound 6 weeks 4 days low fetal heart rate???

Hi everyone. Just had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and 4 days and the doctor is very concerned because the baby’s heart rate is only 80. Everything else looks good, but the doctor said to prepare myself for miscarriage. We are checking it again in a few days to see if it goes up or down. Anyone have any success stories they could share? Feeling devastated at the moment and waiting is killing me.
