IVF baby and working out

I'm very early on, just had my beta this week from a 5dt, and am wondering when people started working out again? I really mellowed everything out during our transfer prep from intense workouts to only yoga and long walks. After the transfer I went on maybe two or three walks because I've been so nervous to really do much. During the whole process and from a failed cycle a few months back I gained some lbs and of course I don't want to lose weight but I want to be as healthy as possible during this pregnancy. For the IVF ladies, when did you start working out again?

    I never really had a work out schedule but I went back to regular activities right away, other than not lifting anything heavy for 2 weeks. I would follow your body's lead and not push it but as far as I was told it would be ok to work out. I wouldn't do intense work outs though, and I would double check with the doctor.

  • My doctor still hasn't cleared me for more than walking. I'm going stir crazy.
