What's new with baby (size, development)?

Even though it's early, is there anything you're doing to plan/get ready for the baby's arrival?

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions:

When is your next appointment?

GTKY: do you enjoy reading? What are some of your favorite books?

What's new with baby (size, development)?

Should be 7 weeks and baby should be size of blueberry (~0.5 inch)

Even though it's early, is there anything you're doing to plan/get ready for the baby's arrival?

    Not really

    Rant/rave/symptoms/questions:

My symptoms are pretty mild. Just hoping that means I'm lucky and not that something has gone wrong.

    When is your next appointment?

    Wednesday June 1

GTKY: do you enjoy reading? What are some of your favorite books?

I am currently reading The Alchemist. Books I really enjoyed in the past: The Help, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, Harry Potter series (of course), Microbe Hunters, The Forgotten Plague,

What's new with baby (size, development)?

2x2 Lego. With wiggling hands and feet. 8 weeks.

Even though it's early, is there anything you're doing to plan/get ready for the baby's arrival?

DH and I went on a little gap haul and got some fun neutral baby swag.  Filling my Amazon cart with big sister books for my daughter.

    Rant/rave/symptoms/questions:

    When is your next appointment?

Tuesday. It's my second scan, so I already know we have a uterine pregnancy with one little goober, who had a heart beat 2 weeks ago. Praying everything is perfect still

GTKY: do you enjoy reading? What are some of your favorite books?

@ceclarlinetlo I want to punch the group of moms I hang out with. I'm the only one who feels nauseous and tired during the first tri. (They all have healthy babes) you must be one of the lucky ducks!

Apparently the size of a sweet pea.  6 weeks in!
Even though it's early, is there anything you're doing to plan/get ready for the baby's arrival?
My husband spent the day clearing out our old office so we can have a boy room and a girl room.  Baby will have to share a room with one of his or her older siblings :)  Up to today our twins have shared a room.
    Rant/rave/symptoms/questions:
Tired and a little sick.  Had some major gas bubbles the other day.  I've had to quit my anti-anxiety/anti-depressant abruptly, with the surprise pregnancy, and the neurological "coming off" symptoms are pretty awful.  So I've been ranting about everything the past few days.  I'm also wondering why I can't get my ticker to show up in my signature and why posting on forums is so damn confusing.  Like before I even start I'm afraid to offend someone or do something "wrong."  :)
    When is your next appointment?
Wednesday June 8th, first one.  I'll have an ultrasound and I'm mainly concerned if there's one or two or more in there.  The last doctor, last time, told me my chances of twins again for me is likely 50/50.
GTKY: do you enjoy reading? What are some of your favorite books?
I love to read.  I haven't done it for enjoyment in quite a few months, I've been in grad classes and just reading text books.  I tend to read old classics or things I was SUPPOSED to have read in high school or college.

I just finished my toughest week of work for the year, so I am relaxing and enjoying being pampered by my husband today!

    Rant/rave/symptoms/questions:
After not getting sick first thing this morning (first time in over a week), I had lunch at my in-laws' and once we got home, I promptly threw it all up! YUCK!
