2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Anatomy scan next week!
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: PGAL anxiety is so low right now, it's great! Customers at work started noticing my bump and asking about it too. Makes it feel more real!
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I live in a pair of skinny jeans from Gap's maternity line

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Nothing exciting until the 20w scan at the end of the month and from there... viability!
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I am pretty darn close to no accepting a shower. My cousin and sister started asking about throwing one for me (cool!) and it seems like my mom is going BSC and trying to take it over even though it's months away. I just don't want drama in my life. I had more than enough drama trying to get this baby to stick.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? The little plastic extender that has me still wearing my normal jeans. It's reached the edge of its limit but I salute the valiant effort put forward up until now!
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? May 26 is my Level 2 anatomy scan. Can't wait for that!
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: The one black floater in my right eye DRIVES ME CRAZY! Dr said my BP is good and this is all apart of pregnancy. So it is what it is. It'll all be worth it in the end! Oh and I gained the 5 lbs I lost in the 1st tri back, but I'm OK with it. I thought it would have been more with the way I've been eating.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? Just received 2 new pairs of maternity jeans from JCPenny and they are the BEST and most COMFY jeans ever! I highly recommend their maternity clothes!

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? May 13 anatomy scan.
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I felt the baby move! It's the coolest thing. I'm also kind of obsessed with prenatal yoga, even the cheesy parts where we touch our bellies and chant "ohm" (and I normally hate that shit).
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I also love my Gap skinny jeans, in part because I got them for $2. For work, my favorite thing to wear right now are my Loft dresses that actually make me look pregnant and not just like I've had too many burgers.
1. How far along are you? 15 +2
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? May 24th anatomy scan and feeling this baby move and knowing for sure that it's the baby!
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: My anxiety had been pretty low for a few weeks and then I read a post on the 2nd tri board that I shouldn't have read and I went to a bad place yesterday. I'm feeling a little better today but it really shook me.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I have a pair of maternity jeans that I got at Kohl's. They look really nice and designer and fit like a dream. We've been able to wear jeans to work for the last week and I'm dreading having to wear my black maternity slacks because they just don't fit right. I need to find some dresses to get me through the summer but it's been so chilly here that I haven't been motivated.

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? I just want to see little one again and know everything is fine! And I hope to find out the sex.
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I'm tired of being tired. And feeling huge. Because we haven't told everyone yet I feel like my wardrobe keeps shrinking and shrinking for non-bump-hi lightening things.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? A soft stretchy flowy cotton dress that has no tags at all that I got from the secondhand market. It's so perfect.

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Our anatomy scan at the end of the month. We already know that we're having a girl, but we haven't seen her since our 8 week ultrasound and she looked more like a frog then than anything else. Our appointment is scheduled for 9 am right when the open, and DH has to leave for work by 9:30 so I'm hoping we can get in and he can at least see her for a little bit.
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I still get little periods of nausea, mostly after I eat lunch or dinner, so that's a bummer. But major raves for more energy, and just generally a better mood. I was feeling very disconnected from the pregnancy, but once we found out the sex everything became so much more real. I can still feel that I'm trying to subdue my excitement, not get too worked up in case something happens, but it's becoming increasingly hard not to ogle just little clothes and dream about the nursery.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I'm obsessed with fitted camis and open cardigans. I love how it accentuates the bump. Also, I just tried out a pair of maternity jeans in the past week and holy COW those things are comfortable. I think baby girl is tired of being squished so I may be making the leap soon.
Happy to hear that everyone is doing well!
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? I have a regular appointment tomorrow but really the anatomy ultrasound on May 27 - also, feeling the baby move, assuming it's still okay
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I am NOT confident in this baby being okay at all. I don't trust it. I only had one loss, a blighted ovum at 7 weeks, so there is no reason to believe that I would be prone to later losses, but I've read about so many I just don't trust it. This is my dark time between ultrasounds. I dunno what the doctor is going to do tomorrow, but I hope she can reassure me in some way that will hold me out a little bit longer. I hate making plans because I keep feeling like I could be planning for nothing.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I have one pair of black slacks and one pair of jeans from JC Penney and they are awesome. They were the only ones I found that were both plus sized AND long enough for my 5'10", short-waisted frame. I really wish the slacks came in gray. I may have to get the khaki ones even though I try to stick to shades of black/gray and not shades of brown in my wardrobe, because I haven't found any other pants that will work!
Edited because I can't spell.

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? May 20 Anatomy Scan, really hoping we can find out the sex that day
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I'm on the same boat as you @anna.oskar, My best friend and her sister are both planning a shower for me, and my MIL is acting like a huge B about it. even to the point that she text me yesterday saying she wants nothing to do with me and the little one (such a damn drama queen). my SO knows how dramatic his mom can be so he told me to just let it go, and it is what is (They haven't always had the best relationship). Sooo thats what I'm doing letting it go and not stressing about it!!!
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I had purchased this long sleeve shirt dress last year from H&M and hated the way it fit after a while (thought it was too short), but now that i have a bump im loving the way it looks as a shirt and it goes great with Jeans.
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Anatomy scan on May 13th. Can't wait to find out what our little one is, which I think will make it more real!
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: Sleeping better and my energy is up! Trying to stay positive, but this time between doctors appointments is still a little nerve wracking.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? Living in my maternity shorts from Target on the weekends! Who knew how comfy those things were!
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Seeing my lil' man on the 4th. Have an ultrasound/cervical check that day. I'll be even more excited when I start feeling him move.
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I just feel tired. Really tired. My husband is working 7 days a week, and I get stuck doing everything at home, plus working full time, and being a college student. I'm tired ladies.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I love active wear. It's comfortable and it's an excuse to just wear a sports bra, not a regular one. Of course through the week, I must wear one and dress businesslike.
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? We scheduled an elective ultrasound for 5/14 to hopefully find out the sex!!
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: The nausea is finally a lot better!! I'm still exhausted, but it's a huge relief to finally be able to get through a meal without gagging. Yay!!
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? Motherhood Maternity stretchy tshirts!! They are so freaking comfy, but I love how they show off my bump!! I actually look pregnant instead of just fat in those shirts!!

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to?
Ultrasound on May 10th, hoping to find out what we are having! Really can't wait to feel movements too.
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes:
Started dealing with sciatic pain earlier this pregnancy so I'm definitely not enjoying that.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now?
I love love love my maternity gauchos, also like wearing maxi skirts because they are loose.
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Elective scan on May 21st hoping to find out the sex
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I have been having horrible back and hip pain, my chiropractor says that my SI joints will pop out a lot while pregnant, I was hoping for an easy second trimester.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? Shirts from Pink Blush OMG they are so soft and stretchy. Also pants from JC Penny for work. 1 pair of jeans that I love!!
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Anatomy scan in 2 weeks this Thursday
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: PGAL brain still bearable so I'm hoping it'll hold out til my appt, which seems like it's a long time away! I'm excited because I never thought we'd get far enough to be worrying about how to decorate the nursery and what name to choose!
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? My $2 Gap maternity jeans, too!
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Ultrasound Wednesday/Appointment Thursday
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I'm officially in "OMG HAVEN'T SEEN THE BABY IN 2 1/2 WEEKS" freakout mode. Awesome. I wonder how long this anxiety is going to last. Until I can feel the baby move? Until viability? The whole pregnancy? Am I going to be one of those crazy overprotective mothers? Hopefully this pregnancy will be successful and I'll get to find out, but I'm just a ball of nerves. At least my ultrasound got moved up a day but still--it's rough.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? . . . Nothing. I have nothing. My old pants/clothes are getting a little tight but are generally still wearable. The maternity stuff I've bought is too big on me for now. Nothing fits and getting dressed sucks.
@PeggyOlsonFTW - Hooray for low PGAL anxiety and others noticing that you're starting to show!
@anna.oskar - Sorry you're dealing with shower drama. Hopefully everybody can put the bickering aside and pull together to celebrate your baby!
@sportiegrl1213 - Hopefully your eye floater goes away! I don't have floaters but I wear contacts and they've been bugging me lately because my eyes are so dry-- such a PITA to deal with.
@depineta - Hooray for feeling the baby move!
@MRSCORKER - I'm so sorry that your PGAL anxiety got reignited! Hopefully it will calm down and you'll feel more reassured soon.
@kmolleltz - Hope that you get some energy soon! The exhaustion is . . . exhausting.
@lindzsers - Hope the nausea goes away for you soon!
@RainMira93 - I'm so sorry you're feeling anxious! I'm feeling anxious too so I can totally sympathize. You should get a doppler check at your appointment tomorrow, right? Hopefully hearing the baby's heartbeat will reassure you for at least a little bit.
@zuzu87 - Good luck dealing with the drama!
@Knottie26039686 The time between appointments is SO nervewracking. FX yours goes fast!
@TheMillerHighLife - Good luck at your appointment Thursday!
@Pupatella - YAY for nausea going away!!!
@wegme27 - Hope the sciatic pain calms down!
@cassieleanne - Hope your pain eases up!
@UponAStar16 - Hope the PGAL brain holds out and doesn't bother you!!

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? My AS in June
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I just saw my OB about these awful pelvic pains. Yay for round ligament pain and hearing about how because this is my third child this will be a "physically difficult" pregnancy.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I love my maternity jeans.
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Tomorrow is my anatomy scan...I am really excited!
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: See above but my Rant is that I have a low grade fever and feel like crap.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now?
Anything flow and comfortable, basically dresses.

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: The last week and first week of the month is always really hectic at work for me. It's month end and I have to report and invoice like 50 projects. I finally have some free time to bump. We took DS and DS to an elective ultrasound this past weekend since they haven't had a chance to see the baby. LO would not move his hand from his faces, so we didn't really catch too much of a glimpse.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? I have a pair of maternity yoga pants that I rush home everyday to put on.
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? Anatomy scan in less than 3 weeks and feeling baby move again
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I could rant for days about how things have suddenly gotten very rocky between my husband and I, but I just don't have the energy. I'm considering going to stay with my mother for a few days.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? Maternity yoga pants. To be fair, yoga pants are my favorite non-maternity item too. Lol
@RainMira93 I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. FX you get some reassurance at your appointment.
@simcal18 I'm starting to get real bad anxiety too. I haven't seen the baby in 4 weeks and I haven't heard the heartbeat in about 3. My symptoms are the only thing keeping me semi-calm.
@anna.oskar I hear you on wanting to avoid the drama. That's why I initially didn't want a shower either. Hubby has more or less talked me into it, although I still have my days where I think I've dealt with enough drama and think about skipping it.
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? My appt with the specialist this week and getting to see our little guy again finally.
*************Trigger Warning********************
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: We lost our son at 20 week last november and the closer we get the more anxious I am. Everything is so different and smooth with this pregnancy, but I know you ladies understand, can't help but freak out. I watched the weekly update video this morning on the "What to expect" App and it says he can hear me this week and I lost it. I am so excited and so scared.
4. GTKY: What's your favorite clothing item right now? Jessica Simpson maternity jeans from motherhood.
Thinking of everyone with appts this week and hoping you all report back with happy and uneventful news!

**** TRIGGER WARNING ****
The reason that they gave us was "placental insufficiency", so basically the baby wasn't getting enough nutrients because there was an issue with the placenta. The doctor told me that this could have been for a number of reasons or just a freak thing that happened. PERSONALLY, I think it is because I had e coli during the time that the placenta really ramps up to take over and that maybe it hindered the growth and/or efficiency of the placenta. There were no technical warning signs, BUT there was always something wrong with that pregnancy. First it was that he attached low, then it was the e. coli, then he was measuring *a little* behind... and I think my intuition was always telling me something was up because I always felt like I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. My second trimester blood screening came back with traces of spinal fluid and I was sent to have an immediate amio and it was during the ultrasound they do before the amnio that we found out we lost him. I wish that I could say that there were more signs to look out for, but there really weren't. This time around I do feel very looked after/monitored and I'm seeing a high risk perinatologist. Every little thing about this pregnancy I keep asking my doctor if it could be related and she says "no, every pregnancy is different" so that's what I'm going with!
