I am currently breastfeeding my infant daughter who just had a cold that lasted maybe 4 days. When my 3 year old gets sick, it can last 2-3 weeks. I was thinking breastmilk might help to shorten his colds. I probably won't do it, but has anyone ever slipped some breastmilk to their older child whom they no longer breastfeed? I can't be the only one who has contemplated this idea, seems logical, I think.
