As I sit here nursing and rocking my precious ranbow.... I can't help but shed a few tears for what woulda/coulda been.

Please tell me this is normal. April 17 , 2015 is the day we discovered our Angel baby no longer had a heartbeat. My doc says the heart just stopped within hours or days of us discovering it. I feel like I've done so well accepting this but I admit I totally lost it when they wheeled me in the OR for my csection just 4 weeks ago.... and today has been pretty blue too....

    My one-year anniversary was April 15th. At least you have your rainbow...

    My one year anniversary of the d&c was April 10th. I'm happy, though, because I have a girl kicking away inside me. A year ago my husband told me that eventually it would all be worth it. I haven't met my daughter yet, but I know he's right.
    TTC#1 since Jan 2015
    BFP 2/19/15  •  MMC found at 9 wks  •  D&E at 11 wks (age 36)
    BFP 8/29/15      •  CP (age 37)
    BFP 11/18/15  •  DD born at 41 weeks <3(age 37/38)

    TTC#2 since May 2017
    BFP 10/18/17  •  MMC found at 8 wks  •  Misoprostal at 10.5 wks (age 39)
    BFP 2/16/18      •  CP (age 39)
    BFP 4/13/18      •  CP (age 39)
    BFP 5/07/18  •  MMC found at 10.5 wks  •  D&E at 11.5 wks      •  Testing showed it was a girl with Trisomy 22. (age 39/40)
    9/5/18 Diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (4-5 follicles, one ovary had none and was very atrophied)
    RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.
    BFP 9/24/18  •      CP (age 40)
    BFP 5/11/19  •  Fraternal twins  •  MMC found at 10w5d (Baby A 6w, Baby B 10w)  •  Misoprostal at 11 weeks (age 41)

    One year anniversary of finding out our babies heart had stopped was March 27th-Easter this year. I'm thankful to be carrying this bundle of joy and looking forward to hopefully a healthy delivery in the next 9 weeks but I still wonder about that first little angel. Hopefully my first baby is in heaven watching out for all of us, especially this one I am carrying. Hugs to you!

    Oh wow @CarrieandRoy. We are pretty close to one another in these pregnancies too, arent we? I'll be 31 weeks tomorrow.

    My 1 yr anniversary is a day before my due date. I plan to tell my in-laws about our loss once our rainbow is born. at the time, keeping it private was DH's way of dealing with the pain. I think he'll be ok with telling them once our LO is born. Nowadays he is able to talk about it with me.

    My 1 year anniversary is today. I have so many feelings right now. i'm thrilled to be pregnant and I rejoice every single time he kicks but it still hurts. I also think of what would have been.

    I think it's perfectly normal to be completely sad and devastated for the little ones who are no longer with us. They didn't get a chance at life. We dreamed up wonderful lives for them. Every woman does when they find out they are pregnant. My 1 year anniversary was April 15 and even though I am 25 weeks pregnant with a little girl I was a mess the 15th. And, even now typing this I am in tears. I don't think losing a baby is something that you ever forget but I think it more than likely will get easier with the passing years. And, for now those of us who are pregnant can retain the hope that these babies get to open their eyes in our world and not in heaven.

    My 1 year anniversary of my d&c is may 8. This just also happens to be mother's day this year and my rainbow will be 3 months that day as well. I will be a mix of emotions I'm sure.

    I was told they needed to induce me on the 1 year from finding out there was no heartbeat, and 1 year from the D&C I had a 1 day old baby.  It made the anniversary a little easier, but it was still a pretty sad couple of days.
    BFP 2/11/15 (EDD 10/13/15). MMC 3/30/15 D&C 4/3/15 "We will always love you"
    DD1 - BFP 7/23/15 (EDD 3/31/16).  "We believe in you rainbow" DOB 4/2/16
