My favorites on this list are Iris, Margot and Ramona (spelled like this).  Beatrice and Hazel are fine but NMS.  I would probably toss the rest.

Awe, why all the hate for Zelma?  I worked with an absolutely wonderful lady named Zelma and I think it is an absolutely lovely name, along with Margot, Beatrice and Hazel.  You really can't go wrong with any of your names but I do think Billie and Birdie are better off as nicknames.

Iris -- Ditch.  There are better flower-names that fit your style.  I love actual irises, but as a girl's name it always seems snooty to me for some reason.

From your list I really only like Margo. Hazel is also okay. Ramona isn't my favorite, but I prefer it over the remaining names too.
