PSA: maternity swimsuits

I have seen some people comment on maternity swim stuff. They have a bunch on zulily today. Just thought I would share!

That's actually what sparked my comment in the randoms thread! There were some cute styles if you're in need (or want) of one.

I wish we could try them on.....or even return them if they didn't fit. That is the biggest con of Zulily!

I've never purchased from zulilly and while I'm debating on just buying a bigger bikini, I would like to check out maternity suits. Mostly because I tan really easily (although I have officially experienced sunburns in recent years) but I freckle. Damn Italian blood not covering the Irish in me.

I just got my bathing suit from zulilly in the mail! Way too cold to be wearing it around Monterey this time of year so I'm holding on to it until it gets hot. I would have liked a little more boob support but it's definitely not to the level of being xrated.

I got this one at kohls. Sizing is based off of your prepregnancy size which was nice. I had $40 kohls cash from buying maternity clothes from there so I ended up getting it for $5. I wasn't originally going to get one - figured I would just rock my two pieces but I'm glad I have this just in case.

I don't think I'm going to be rocking a 2 piece this summer but I do plan on buying a tankini from Target or somewhere. I just don't want to spend $40 on a swimsuit I'm only going to be wearing one summer.

They have some decent ones at JC Penny's, That being said I tried one on and almost cried. Just not going swimming this year.

I bought one on clearance from the Motherhood Maternity back in January. Have not tried it on yet! We are going out of town over Memorial Day weekend, so I need to make sure it fits, or else I will be buying something else before then
