Oh we've had fun with this in the office this morning. Someone stuck a sign up near the door swipy card machine saying you need to say your name into it now. Hehehe 

We also unplugged my colleagues mouse and handset receiver...while he was huffing that his mouse wasn't working we called him and he picked up the receiver more aggressively than usual and the unplugged end whipped him round the head....

He was fine and laughed...I nearly wee'd myself

GTKY: Since its April Fools day, what was the best prank or funniest fake news story that you remember? I worked retail for many years through college and afterwards. Every day they would have an online employees news section that contained relevant news or updates. They would always do these absolutely hilarious fake news articles on April Fools day. If you worked in one of the departments, you would get a leather jacket on your 5th anniversary. It was something people were always really excited about so it was a big deal. They had an April Fools article about how they were changing the leather jacket anniversary gift to leather pants based on employee feedback.

R/R/CS: Feeling pretty good about everything today. The worst of an awful AF seems to be over, it's Friday, BASEBALL OPENING DAY IS HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND, and I'm taking Monday off. No complaints!

I don't have a good answer, apparently I'm boring and so are all of my coworkers, but I can tell these are going to be fun to read just based on @babymish and @Megzb510 's stories so far.

I'm back, guys! And I must say, I am super impressed with the new siggy theme you ladies picked this month. Let's move on from March 2016 and never look back!

Month/cycle: 6/6 (I hate that it's been half a year, even though I know it's not that bad compared to many others)

CD: 9 I guess...I HARDLY had a period (based on my Q&A in the TWW last week, I would call it spotting, but because it never turned into a full AF, I'm calling it CD1 even though I didn't need a tampon...I feel like I reallly need to start temping so I stop with all this wishy washy subjectivity I've been starting)
- also to follow up from yesterday's UO (I lurked everywhere to get caught up waiting for the Friday WTO to be posted!) I am apparently super weird because I hate pads with a passion (only wear them at night because I like sleep more than waking up to change a tampon after 6-8 hours) and I use a tampon with a pantiliner as backup (I've never leaked, but it gives me peace of mind) which are apparently the two most hated feminine products on this site! haha

WAYDTGKU: sex starts today (see RRCS for why we haven't started yet)- goal of EOD/max two days in a row...last month I think we overdid it (ED except for 3 AF days and 3 or 4 other days, none back to back, until CD20). It was fun and we got into it with each other, but:
*TMI* DH was producing way less near the end *end of TMI*

R/R/CS: my bff left today and I got strep throat the day after she came....so I was actually quite thankful to not be KU last cycle because I went on antibiotics without worry and the antibiotics saved our week!

R/R/CS: **Long Rant** I am miserable today. This bleeding is pissing me off. I had the Provera AF for 8 days, then I was blood free for 5 days, then the hsg. Now I've been bleeding again since Tuesday. I feel like I'm just on one giant period.  I googled "can an hsg cause a period?" too many times last night. (Apparently the answer is no.) Which is now really freaking me out because I'm bleeding like I have AF, not spotting like they kept saying would happen. I'm a paranoid person by nature, always assuming the worst, so right now I feel like I've lost TOO much blood. I'll probably die from blood loss, and with my luck it'll be on the toilet clutching a pad. And then I'll end up like Mama Cass and a huge rumor will spread about how I died. (If you don't know who Mama Cass is, look it up. Ham Sandwich.) Sorry if that sounds insensitive. I'm literally just so on edge because of this. And my SIL put a grocery bag of used baby clothes on my kitchen table yesterday, so I came home to that. To be honest though it didn't bother me, it was a really sweet gesture. But I'm starting to feel like....well I won't need those because it'll never happen for us. (Crazy, I know.) Can I just catch a break? My whole attitude would be so much better if I just STOPPED BLEEDING. End rant.

Every year our local pop radio station does an April Fool's "prank". It's always something ridiculous. This year their reporting that a grant has been issued in a neighboring town that will be used to build a casino with an attached daycare. Totally stupid, but people fall for it every time.

I cant remember any good ones, but my friends at work played a pretty good prank on me once, I I had just started a promotion at work and a couple coworkers who were already in that department that were friends of mine decided the night before i came over they would switch around all the keys on my keyboard. And another guy in our dept had all his stuff glued to his desk one time. lol.

R/R/CS:  Well, we didn't BD as scheduled last night. Hubby is a full time student and it's nearing the end of his semester, so he is stressed out with school stuff. Plus, he is currently taking a STUPID phys ed class (he was a new transfer student this spring and they are making him take it...he's 27 years old, people) and is currently in the running/jogging component. Um, hubby's not a runner, y'all. So he comes home sore and cranky as hell on MWF from his PE class, and is in no mood to BD. Last night I didn't even bother saying anything because he was going to be up till at least 3am with homework--oh well. I figure it's only CD13, so we still have time. He's gonna have to get over his PE class, crankiness, and soreness at some time to BD though; I refuse to be out this month because he is sore from a damn PE class! 

Also, I'm going to dinner tonight with a bff from college--she's bringing her 4 month old. Baby shower tomorrow. ooooof, double whammy.

WAYDTGKU: O-day - lets pray! All the signs point to yes, just waiting for that positive OPK. Last month I got it on O day. Tons of BD this month....can't wait for a BREAK!

R/R/CS: It's FRIIIDAYYYY....DH and I joined a wine club when we went on our honeymoon 2 years ago and we get a shipment a year of 6 bottles. Not a ton, but it is always a fun treat. The delivery is set to come Saturday, so I can guarantee you I will be partaking and enjoying some delicious Italian wines! Can't wait....

R/R/CS: I'm really thankful this month that AF has been so kind. It's been one of the lightest AFs I've ever had. I was really nervous during the last TWW because I was having cramps that I was in for a world of endo pain (never been DXed but it apparently runs in my family and when I had genetic testing done a couple of years ago it said I was 11x at higher risk for it than most women). But nope. AF is being super gentle, so I'll take it! 

GTKY: Since its April Fools day, what was the best prank or funniest fake news story that you remember?

I generally don't AF jokes funny but my favorite is one I did with a friend. I used to be one of the lead engineers for the giant online art community, DeviantArt. I think it was 2011... anyway, the front page of DA is just a giant set of thumbnails of art that users have uploaded. So we changed it so whenever you visited, it was just dozens of the same photo of Rebecca Black (of "It's Friday" fame) spinning around in circles. The background of the page was also her. And there was a video of her song too somewhere on the page. It was pretty awful. Oh, and we made this something that ONLY staff saw, so naturally all 100-something employees who visited the site that morning freaked the hell out because they thought it was an unplanned AF prank that was hitting millions of users. Head of marketing almost had a heart attack.

In other news, I still have t-rex arms today.

@sldp123 When I initially talked to the nurse through their online portal, explaining what was happening, she responded with "spotting is normal after an hsg." Which irritated me because I didn't say I was spotting, I said I had AF like F/clots. Which was exactly what the nurse at the imaging center had told me to report if I experienced.  So I replied again telling her what was happening, then she called and said the doctor was giving me an antibiotic to prevent an infection. She said nothing about how long it should last/when to seek more help from the doctor. I wish I had thought to ask that before I hung up with her. From what I can collect from Dr Google, I'm assuming a blood vessel was nicked, and therefore is the source of the bleeding, because I don't have any pain that would indicate a more severe problem. I think I just have to wait it out. I'm just impatient to get the show back on the road. As is DH, because 20 days no BD is apparently the end of the world for him. Thanks for the concern!

R/R/CS: TGIF. This morning when my alarm went off I thought it was Saturday, so I turned it off and rolled over. Thank goodness DH asked me when I planned on getting out of bed and knocked some sense into me.
I want this day to be over and then I am drinking all the wine tonight!
Also, my next FW lands during our vacation, so I am pretty excited about that.

GTKY: I can't think of any good April Fools jokes that happened,  but I love reading all yours. Our families funny April Fools happened this time last year. My SIL was told she would have to deliver her baby that day, a month earlier than her expected due date and as she called around to let people know it was happening no one believed her so she ended up sitting in her car crying until someone took her seriously. It makes for a good story now.

When I was in college, we loved pulling pranks on each other. My favorite was when we moved all of the furniture out of my good friend's apartment while she was in class haha. We worked with her roommate to get her exact schedule and she let us in while our friend was gone - we moved every single piece of furniture out of her bedroom and put it in another friend's house! She got home and immediately knew who did it and we got a pretty angry group text. By the time we got back to her she thought it was hilarious and of course we put it all back...I think she actually took that as an opportunity to rearrange, so it worked out

@Buthayna  I also dislike pads because they are not comfortable at all, though that’s what I always used because tampons are even worse lol. I recently switched to cloth pads and OMG they are so much better! I definitely recommend trying it, even for just overnight use. And it’s not like they’re gross to clean or anything - you just put them in the washer.

R/R/CS: My chart did an April Fool's prank on me. I had a temp spike and thought I might have O'd but it went down this morning. And now we have missed two days in a row of BD because H didn't want to one day and we didn't see each other at all the next day. This was the first time he got tired of all the BD. I'm glad I know from you all that it's perfectly normal for him to feel that way, though.

I don't really like pranks all that much. Once in college we saran wrapped the doorway of one of my roommates while she was sleeping, but it wasn't that exciting.

R/R/CS:  The kids at my school are all going crazy this week! We've had six fights this week! Three of them yesterday alone! I don't want to be sexist or anything, but the fights have all been girls. Prom is next weekend, so I'm assuming that it's all due to boy issues. Someone's ex-boyfriend is going to the prom with someone else. Boo-freaking-hoo. We also only have 34 school days left, so I think everyone is freaking out about the end of the semester. We have a lot of low-income families we work with and I think a lot of the kids are worried about being home all summer. Is that weird? I had a student yesterday ask if he could fail my class so that he could take summer school because he didn't want to be home all summer break. I've been working with a lot of my ESL kids to get them into summer school for June and July school (July School is only for ESL kids) so that they can graduate on time. I don't even know what to do for the kids who have difficult home lives. The counseling department and I are working together, though, to get something in place to help them continue their English acquisition.

GTKY: Since its April Fools day, what was the best prank or funniest fake news story that you remember?
I used to work at a home for troubled teens. I worked in a house that had a rotation of 8 girls at a time. One or two girls would graduate, then a couple more would come in to take their place. I worked with a couple (Scott and Theresa) who were the head of the house and would be in charge of everything. Every April Fools' Day, Scott would get up at 5am in order to put a rubber band around the faucet. The girls who had been their longer would pick a newer girl to ask to start the water for oatmeal or coffee. New Girl would turn the faucet on and get water everywhere. Scott would pretend to get "angry" and she would have to clean up the water and then change to go to school. If she handled it well, New Girl would get a donut and get walked to school by school so that she wouldn't get in trouble. Scott would take the blame. When New Girl got home from school, she would get a a treat and some other kind of extra privilege. If New Girl freaked out and didn't handle it well, she usually ended up being grounded and having to do chores when she got home. Most of the time they would laugh and try to get Scott and the other girls wet, so we usually had to have lots of donuts for everyone. I miss that job sometimes, especially on days like today.

Also, if I have to see one more "I'm Pregnant!" pranks Facebook post, I may scream. I saw 5 women who posted a picture of a positive HPT, then wrote, "April Fools!" in the comments after a bunch of people responded. That cuts deep. Pregnancy is not a joke to me. There's so many of them, a different friend started a game of bingo for it...FML. I'm staying off Facebook the rest of the day...

I should have thought about it - my sister did one a few years ago. Though she did make it so only a few people could see it because she was trying to prank one friend in particular.
