Lansinoh TheraPearls heating?

Anyone use the warmed Lansinoh TheraPearls to help with pumping? Do you keep the purple cloth cover on when you put them in the microwave? Any other tips? Thanks!

    I don't think mine came with the cloth cover. So no, microwave them without. I get 1-2oz more when I use them. Love them.
