Flat mom bum

guys I have a flat mom bum now. It's terrible. I looked it up and it's a thing, hormonal and fat store based. Anyone else notice it? All my pants are falling off now lol

Yes! After my first it was even worse, this one it didn't go as flat but still enough to make me start speed walking up the mountain near my house. My knees are really bad so squats do a lot of damage to them. But I enjoy the burn and view from the top! Lol

I lost my butt when I had my girls. I was so sad, because it used to be awesome! I have a nice curvy back end again now though, so there is hope, ladies! Unfortunately, I can't give you any tips, because I'm not sure what it was that brought it back exactly. Squats seem plausible though, as I squat about a million times a day to pick kids/toys/laundry/etc.
