Constant pain

This is my second pregnancy.  I'm 30 weeks along.  From the middle of my second trimester I've been feeling horribleggrinding pain in both of my hips and it makes it very hard to even walk most days. Sometimes it feels like they are dislocating and searing pain rishes through my hips all the way to my feet. Anyone have similar pain and what did you fo to ease it?
