Hey April 2016 moms! I wanted to share an article about a new recommendation for depression screening for both pregnant women and new mothers issued by an independent group of experts appointed by the Department of Health and Human Services. I think this is important because while I hear a lot about postpartum depression, there seems to be less awareness of depression during pregnancy. Everyone take care out there!
