Shooting groin pain?

Anyone else experiencing shooting groin pains on a daily basis? By 8pm every night, I can barely stand because it feels like lightening bolts shooting out of my lady parts.

Daily/hourly basis! It's just a quick punch that hurts like hell. Guess those babies are stretching us out!

Oh man. It is the worse. A friend told me to get on all fours to relieve some pain. It gets worse when the little one moves around a lot!

It could be varicose veins.  I've had sharp/stabbing pain in my left groin since 22 weeks.  As my pregnancy went on, the area started to swell. I got an ultrasound and it's literally just varicose veins (or swollen blood vessels) in my groin from all of the pressure.  Honestly, nothing has really helped it and mine will go away shortly after I deliver!

My doctor said that is the pressure of baby in your pelvis causing is to "open" so that baby can come out. Either way it's not comfortable and I feel like someone is stabbing me lol. But, all in all baby is getting closer!!

I will randomly get a shooting pain on my left groin that will last about a minute. Definitely not comfortable.

Whenever I am laying down for a while, and move positions to quickly, I experience this! It'll all be worth it ladies

Oh yes the Lightning crotch. I hate that. When I get those I just slow down and breathe until it passes. Hang in there mama we are all almost done.

A minute!? Mine are a second or two maximum. I can't imagine:( I'm so sorry! Glad that it won't be happening much longer for you!

Mine are also about 2-3 seconds but they can really catch you off guard. My doctor said the baby is rolling over a nerve and you're feeling it there. I read someone called them zingers!

It definitely feels like it. It's longer than a few seconds. Thankfully it has only happened a few times, normally after a day at work. Almost done.

Mine are pretty constant with moving or standing...so much for an active pregnancy...I've been a lazy lump because of the pressure/pain down there and I've been getting it since about week 30ish at week 36 now. Sucks!

Yup! Someone on here called them vagina zingers a little while ago and I've stolen it for my own. Tonight the vag zings were so bad I was squirming all around the kitchen like a cat in heat or something. I suck at resting though and my hubby won't let me either. The dick thinks I need to stay active. A body in motion stays in motion. Blah blah. He's coming to my appointment tomorrow and ima gonna ask the midwife so he can hear from her he needs to help me out more! I digress. Sorry. Hugs. Vagina zingers suck.
