Born free bottle users please help!

My newborn is 3 weeks old today. I EP and feed in the born free glass bottles. The past 2 days he has been crying during his bottles. I've loosened the collar and checked all parts are in properly. The nipple was collapsing but not since I've loosened the collar. It's not every bottle either. I'm worried it's my milk but he goes back for more. Any ideas?

I switched to a level 2 to try it and he choked. Going in to the dr tomorrow to watch a feed. Thanks!
