Umbilical cord question

Any moms out there been told their cord has two vessles instead of three? Was told today when I saw a specialist for my placenta previa and I'm pretty scared.

We see this a lot in the practice I work at.Try the search function on here. I think I saw a few threads on the second trimester board about the same issue as well.

my friend had two and was told that baby might be smaller and underdeveloped. Her daughter was born around 9 pounds, perfectly healthy.
