Birth Ball Obsession

Is anyone else's LO obsessed with the birth ball? Like if you sit on it and hold your LO it calms them down?? My LO has been extremely cranky lately and sitting on my birth ball and bouncing gently seems like the only way she'll calm down/ go to sleep. If I stop bouncing she flips. I'm wondering if this is because I bounced on my birth ball a lot during pregnancy and labor..

Oh yeah, when mine gets super cranky or inconsolable I bounce on the ball and she quiets immediately, it's crazy! I was thinking the same as you--I bounced a lot on it when I was pregnant so I thought maybe she got used to the motion. We have a huge salt water fish tank too and she seems to like watching the fish swim so I'll sit in front of the tank and bounce to her hearts content.

Yes! When I wear LO in the boba and need to sit down, I sit on the birth ball so I can keep moving. I sat on it the other night for an hour and a half while playing cards with DH
